If the DHS won’t answer Congress about the off-the-scale ammo purchases, then Congress should immediately defund them.
If they want to be a rogue agency answering only to 0bunga, then let them buy their own bloody ammo with their own bloody money.
Of course, the Congress hasn’t got the spine to do that, but that is what must be done. Immediately.
They won’t answer questions about things like F&F. What makes anyone think that they would answer questions about a measly 1.6 billion rounds.

Big Sis will not answer for the same reason Holder did not answer about the authority to order US citizens on US Soil killed by drones. The decision was made by Obozo himself, they will not answer until he tells them what lie to tell.

(And in case you didn't know, Freedom From War, the UN treaties do not allow civillians to remain armed - which means confiscation, by force if necessary.)
Do not think they will not take your supplies as well, as these emergency orders will also allow them to take any of your property they need. Once they disarm you it won't be hard.
