One of the limousines in Barack Obama's fleet has broken after reports that it was mistakenly filled with the wrong fuel at the start of the US president's visit to Israel. Another limo is on its way from Jordan, according to Ma'an News agency, citing Israel's Channel 10, to replace one that was filled with diesel instead of gasolene.

I’m not sure about the relative CO2 per joule of diesel vs. gasoline, diesel certainly has more joules per liter (or foot pounds per gallon), but diesel is worse in terms of particulates.
No kidding, considering the pump labeled Unicorns and Skittles broke the dang vehicle.
That and we bring all the fuel with them the portor dint just run down to the local station to fill it up more to this story than you can imagine
Since the press is probably no more educated on internal combustion than they are guns it may be just the opposite or something else entirely. (Forgot the keys???)
Exactly how does one do that? The Diesel nozzle and the Gasoline nozzle are different sizes, The diesel being larger, so it should not have fit in the gasoline intake......
At this point taxpayers are off the hook. Your great great grandsons and granddaughters are on the hook for this one.
As usual, our liar government is not telling us what happened. It likely has something to do with diesel from an unauthorized or unsecured fuel source.
The one thing it is probably not, is what they say happened.

I’m quite sure the vehicle is a diesel. See my #17.
Gasoline wouldn’t do any great harm to a diesel engine, but it wouldn’t likely even start.
I am sure the secret service is all over this “mistake.”
The situation tends to reduce the options wrt presidential security. I sincerely hope they are paying attention now.
Only large truck stops have larger nozzles, stations with auto diesel have same size as gasoline.
Not, I was questioning Cuban Leaf as to how HE could have put Diesel fuel into a gasoline automobile in the 80’s..........
His royal excellency will probably be annoyed he has to use some kind of old discarded limo instead of his state of the art ride. Too bad.

If this vehicle was for someone important, I might worry about the security ramifications.
