Juan Williams: Liberal media Will ‘Shut U Down, Stab U Kill U, Fire you’ If U Disagree [VIDEO]
Daily Caller ^ | February | Grae Stafford

Posted on 02/24/2013 3:45:15 AM PST by lbryce

Fox News political analyst and “Special Report” panelist Juan Williams said in an interview with The Daily Caller’s Ginni Thomas that mainstream media outlets “stab” and “kill” dissenting voices.

Williams was fired from National Public Radio in 2010 after saying he sometimes gets “nervous” when seated on an airplane with Muslims, while making a broader point about the importance of religious tolerance.

“I always thought it was the Archie Bunkers of the world, the right wingers of world, who were more resistant and more closed-minded about hearing the other side,” he said. “In fact, what I have learned is, in a very painful way — and I can open this shirt and show you the scars and the knife wounds — is that it is big media institutions who are identifiably more liberal to left-leaning who will shut you down, stab you and kill you, fire you, if they perceive that you are not telling the story in the way that they want it told.”

Catch the rest of the Ginni Thomas’s interview with Juan Williams this week exclusively on The Daily Caller.

Had Juan Williams been at Jonestown, he’d have been the only cult member to have gone back for seconds.

The left will blame Ginni Thomas for forcing Juan for saying these things. LOL.

Clearly it’s an unconstitutional use of the commerce clause...yet Roberts twisted the government’s argument away from the commerce clause to the taxing power in order to find it constitutional.

One thing that most people don't realize is that by doing so he rewrote the law to make it so he could find it constitutional. When did we give the courts the power to alter or create the law?

Since when did Juan discover the truths of his statement? Perhaps when they dumped him from his position at NPR? Amazing how a liberal gets religion when the shoe falls on them.

My thinking is that the GOP does not represent conservatives and conservatives deny this fact. The GOP is intent on beating the dems at their game, being schoozy with the media and the public, wile pretending to be conservative. It’s a loser position in any situation.

Conservatives deny it.

Marco Rubio is seen as a consrvative, yet there is no evidence.

He is a complete complete dooofus jumping around to get a drink of water. AND he gulped! Audibly.

he had spent the previous hour or so taping a response in spanish, so he was revved up, nervous and thirsty, and ill prepared logistically to give that speech which everyone pretends to love.

It’s a metaphor for these guys. They’re trying to please everyone, of course they can’t.

They’re worse than the dems. THe dems have a principal: get in and stay in paower no matter what including destroying the country. Lie to the voters and dumb them down so they’re gullible, in order to do so.

The GOP has no principals so they lose with everyone especially the media who do a Lucy with the football and succeed fro the sam reson she does - doofusness of her opponent..

Conservatives don’t want to admit it.

We absolutely have to boycott liberal outlets.

Hm, how does one boycott the Supreme Court? -- After all, they just declared, in effect, that a dog can be/issue a warrant... further disintegrating the 4th amendment.

Yup. And worse, a lot of ‘conservatives have a sXXt fit when their fantasy is called into question. I was raised believing that part of the whole concept of conservative included a refusal to deny reality. No longer is this true.

Sure, there’s still a core of us that refuse to lie to themselves like liberals, but today, most conservatives have greatly diminished the brand through their actions.

But ‘we’ are ‘purists’ and thus the ‘problem’. Of course the opposite of purity is corruption so I’m good with the purist title.

That’s good and 100% correct.

The libtards in the media are ALWAYS like that, they think the world is full of skittles-crapping unicorns, until they get their ox gored.

Then they get religion fast- or become full-on hypocrites (lying, KNOWING they are lying)

I fully believe most everyday citizens who claim to be democrats have no idea what the democrap party is up to

“Yeah...there’s not even a pretense of objectivity. They used to (15 years ago) at least run stories that showed Democrats in a bad light...even if the party affiliation was never mentioned..”

They were the same 15 years ago, defending Clinton and attacking Ken Starr. They were the same fifteen years before that, attacking Reagan and calling for a nuclear freeze. They are the same hacks who destroyed Nixon and Joe McCarthy. This isn’t new.

Oh, he’s always transitioning.

Try listening to him, if you haven’t. With all due respect to his position as a journalist, an oxymoron, I am sure, he reallyis not bright nor logical. It’s actually painful to listen.

Bob Beckel is this way as well. Just so illogical as to be painful. Yet these are the two who will debate with conservatives. they get credit for trying, but they are not logical nor bright.

The utter irony of Pravda, which by the way goes for the American version, is that Pravda means ‘truth’ in the workers’ paradise.

I disagree...at least as a matter of degree. It used to be that the major nets would cloak their bias by seeming to present the conservative point of view...however badly. They don’t even do that anymore.

ABCBSNBCNNPR all do nothing but DNC talking points.

All the red states would have to do is pass a law that mandates a’la carrte cable/dish programming and if enough people on the right cared enough to dump the propaganda outlets, the resulting rate increase on everyone else to make up lost profits would quickly result in critical mass.

The mass cancellation of cable/dish on both the left and right as rates jumped another $50ish a month would leave the propagandists with a much reduced audience to propagandize.

And if Bloomberg can mandate drink sizes, states can mandate this. So why don’t they? A’la carte isn’t a new issue afterall...

Oh...they don’t want to.

OK, my point is that - using Kardashian as an example - Kardashian controls the message and reaps the rewards. There are no filters to the public that she can’t change instantly unlike radio and tv ad time booking or even doing a concert or pr speech.

Accordingly, the “message” can be controlled far more exactly than with traditional media outlets using traditional media experts. Not that the right advice wouldn’t go a long way.
