Egypt received four F-16 aircraft from the United States on Sunday, the Egypt Independent reports.
According to the report, the country’s Defense Minister Abdel Fattah al-Sisi praised the growing military cooperation between Egypt and the U.S. after receiving the four fighter jets.

The measure (NOTto sell F16s), was co-sponsored by Mike Lee (R-UT), failed by a vote of 79-19. Seventeen additional Republicans supported it: John Boozman (R-AR), Daniel Coats (R-IN), John Cornyn (R-TX), Mike Crapo (R-ID), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Deb Fischer (R-NE), Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Dean Heller (R-NV), Jerry Moran (R-KS), James E. Risch (R-ID), Pat Roberts (R-KS), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Tim Scott (R-SC), Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Richard C. Shelby (R-AL), John Thune (R-SD), and David Vitter (R-LA). Paul then introduced the measure as a separate bill and Senator James Inhofe (R-OK) introduced similar legislation, but drew a distinction between the Egyptian government and military. Inhofe said, “We need to continue to support the Egyptian military, which Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood have currently distanced themselves from…Egypt’s military is our friend — Morsi is our enemy.”

F-16's don't really change much. In fact I would argue they are less a threat to our interests than shoulder fired weapons like RPG's and Stingers. Sending 240 F-16's to the Muslim Brotherhood is like reading Shakespear aloud to pigs.

The planes were delivered on Superbowl Sunday. The lights and electricity going out in that dome for a half hour said a lot about where the nation and the world is headed eventually.

Yet...we can deliver ON DEMAND and within hours of a vote FOUR 17 million dollar F-16’s!!!!!!
And nobody does anything but chase photo ops, cry, and do exactly what Ovomit and Reid and the Muslim infiltrators and Marxists want...which is to endanger our country and our alli Israel....
I am royally pissed. Just sick. These SOB’s want us to wait weeks or months to PASS and most likely pay for a background check intended to curtail our 2nd amendment rights...and can ship four jets to the tune of $68 million in mere days?????
