The actual title is "Are Republicans the 'Stupid Party'?" but was too inflammatory to leave it without the clarification.
Bobby Jindal is warning that the Republicans must stop being the "stupid party".
The Louisiana governor, a likely contender for his party's presidential nomination in 2016, said a number of Republicans had "damaged the brand" by making "offensive and bizarre" comments.

Jindal is a perfect example of why it is the stupid party. I quit the party last May, embarrassed to be associated with it.
” 1. He is not a natural born citizen and is not eligible to be President.”
Funny, he is listed as being born in the US. Do you have proof to the contrary?
The Louisiana governor, a likely contender for his party's presidential nomination in 2016, said a number of Republicans had "damaged the brand" by making "offensive and bizarre" comments.E.G., what he just said there. He would at best get the VP spot in 2016, but I very much doubt he could pull that off.
Some things don't need to be explained especially in an age where everything is a sound bite and can be used against you.
It appears Jindal is the guy on the crowded elevator that asks “was that a fart” when everyone that breathes is aware of the question and answer. You don't get points for proclaiming the obvious. Terribly, terribly disappointed in Gov. Jindal.
“Natural Born Citizen” requires him to have two parents who were citizens at the time he was born. This issue has been discussed here again and again.
Ask Job Bush. They are BFF.
If we are against a Kenyan being president we should also be against an Indian being president. I sold out the last two elections. It won’t happen again.
That is NOT the law. In fact what would you consider an “anchor” baby? We have hundreds of thousands here in the southwest.
On review, I conclude you may be right. I wish there was a source of info that covered all of these issues. It is obvious that even the legal scholars are not in agreement.
Well, yes, it is the law. It’s in the Constitution that a POTUS must be a “natural born citizen,” not the same thing as a “citizen” plain and simple. You can be a citizen, yet still not be eligible to run for POTUS if you aren’t “natural born.”
Anchor babies are another question. I think the courts made a huge mistake with that one, but it’s hard to see how it can be reversed now. Maybe it could be possible to have no MORE anchor babies. But our justice system is busted, and many or most of our judges are corrupt or deluded liberals, so that would be hard to achieve, too.
In any case, an anchor baby would not be eligible to run for POTUS under the Constitution.
Sorry, I didn’t see your #33, since it wasn’t addressed to me.
Bobby, that is why we have the TEA Party.
Dear Gov. Jindal.... YES... and getting dumber by the day.
Bobby, Bobby, Bobby, don’t be stupid.
If making stupid comments is what leads to electoral defeat, the Republicans would rarely lose as they are only able to utter a tithe of the outrageous statements made by the Dhimms. Obviously, the increasingly “low information electorate” isn’t able to figure this out, or puts it at a much lower ranking of importance than, say, “how much more can I get on my EBT card?”
“Gov Jindal identifies a core Republican problem: they are overwhelmingly white in a country that is becoming more of a melting pot day by day.”
In this respect, Jindal has a point but not the one he intended. The country becoming increasing less white, and hence increasing less conservative, is partly due to the Republicans refusal to do anything about border control and massive immigration of third worlders. Oh, they TALK about it alright, but actually DO something about it? Not a chance. So, each year the pool of leftists in the country increases.
How about this, Bobby boy: you convince your “melting pot” compatriots to vote overwhelmingly conservative, and then I’ll be willing to hear you preach about what we should be doing differently.
Jindal is not to be trusted as a believer in the USA Constitution. His remark as to a ‘melting pot’ shows this. At the time the phrase was popularized it most certainly was directed primarily towards the immigrants from Europe. Jindal is a racist and cannot accept the Constitutional heritage of this Nation.
I’ve been thinking the GOP was full of stupid, obtuse, woefully out-of-touch, non-media-savvy eunuchs since I was a little kid. The old guard needs to retire/die/switch jobs and let the Rand Pauls and the other people who actually seem to know what they’re doing take over the party, if they want to survive.
But I still say the GOP is dead and I will not vote for them, bar somebody like Rand Paul.
