We the people have spoken.
Found this on the net. It is old, but shows GEICO’s true colors.
ALERT FROM JEWS FOR THE PRESERVATION OF FIREARMS OWNERSHIP

GEICO INSURANCE IS ANTI-FIREARMS
You’ve heard the expression, “Put your money where your mouth is.” If GEICO Indemnity Co. (http://www.geico.com/) is your insurance carrier for your car, home, motorcycle, boat, etc., seriously consider paying your premiums to an insurance company that keeps its nose out of your home and gun safe. As an NRA Life Member, I asked NRA http://www.nraila.org/) about their listing GEICO on their page of corporations that are anti-firearms ownership. I received this response:
GEICO is on our list because, a few years back, an article in its policy holder magazine recommended that all firearms be removed from the home, and children should never be allowed to touch a firearm. We attempted to get GEICO to retract its statement, or at least offer another viewpoint, but to no avail.
Thus, it was added to our list. We’ll see if we can track down the offending issue of the magazine and send you a copy.
It has been held for 57 years. There was never a modern rifle ban. I have gone every year since 1987. In recent years there have been more black rifles at the show. I remember distinctly last year when I was handling a S&W AR at the show. since then I have built two from scratch, since I really do not like commercial models and if I did, the cost was too high.
Here are some other people and products to put pressure on...Big list of Gun haters and grabbers.

the funny thing is there are no MSR to sale or display at that show anyway. They have been sold out for awhile now along with their ammo.
I still say fire them. If they have ANY connection to other large venues, FIRE THEM! Give the work to some Americans!
Wow.
I see from a recent post Reed does manage the SHOT show, but cannot make boneheaded decisions about the exhibitions.
Look at the timing. The gun grabbers are going nuts. But there are a million hunting licenses sold in PA every year. People in this neck of Penn’s Woods won’t put up with this BS. Philadelphia on the other hand would probably want a ban on all hunting displays, and anything hunting related.
Okay...the NSSF owns the show....okay...but here’s a question to ponder for all the 2A proponents here and ‘out there’.....
“Would you want even to have a company to manage a capitalist 2A event here in this country that has proven they are the ideological equivalent to having a convicted pedophile babysit your children?”
I don’t know how much clearer to put it than that.
Too bad a US company can’t pick up the venue and restart the show with a more inclusive theme.
I don't think that Reed could have scr*wd the pooch any better if they had tried to. They could well be OOB in the 'States.
Yes, thanks.
The way the press release is worded, it seems they think that after the ‘highly-charged’ emotion dies down, all be well. What they fail to recognize is that it is PRINCIPLE (2A Constitutional right), not emotion that is at work here. The boycott on Reed should continue until they apologize and recognize the real issue .... which they won’t ever do, being Lefty/Libs/Progs. What a cr@p piece of b.s. press release ... about as meaningful and sincere as B.O.’s inauguration speech.
Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway owns GEICO....fyi
“It is unfortunate that in the current emotionally charged atmosphere this celebratory event has become overshadowed by a decision that directly affected a small percentage of more than 1,000 exhibits showcasing products and services for those interested in hunting and fishing.”
If it was that small a percentage, then the show certainly would not be affected. They are lying just like their left puppeteers and spinmeisters told them to.
Heck, even Zumbo recanted. (He waited far too long and lost his shirt anyway, but he did eventually recant.)
I remember a cousin (from the ‘suburbs’) whining about hearing gunfire (hunting season) while attending a family function north of Scranton...my grandmother looked at him and deadpanned “It’s Pennsylvania.”
Cancelling a GEICO policy is so easy, even a caveman can do it. LOL.... Love it!
You could always send them a message via their British bud Piers Morgan ..... I’m sure he’d be happy to pass it along over some fish & chips at the pub.
