My younger sister runs an alternative sentencing program for non-violent drug offenders. She says she can almost always tell at what age someone began smoking dope, because their mental development is arrested at that age.
I recall seeing the Ziggy Stardust show in Hollywood back when the Spiders from Mars were touring. Twice.
If I could pick one decade for a do-over it would be the seventies.

Truth be told, that was about the time that I was first experimenting with substances and watching late night TV.
His advice to abstain from substances is good. I wish I had.
My life has not been enriched by messing around with drugs and if I could wind back the clock and undo all that craziness I would.

No, "the #1 screwing up drug there is" is the already legal drug alcohol.
because it is legal and many more people use it alcohol appears to causes more problems...when and if grass is legalized you will see similar problems like high driving and psychotic episodes, it is a matter of proportion.
Is that sufficient reason to keep marijuana illegal? If so, is it sufficient reason to make alcohol illegal?
