Controversial black sports columnist Jason Whitlock compared black conservative scholar Thomas Sowell to a house slave in a series of tweets on Wednesday.

When asked what columnist he felt was closely related to Samuel L. Jackson’s character in the “Django Unchained” movie, Whitlock tweeted, “Thomas Sowell":

Jason Whitlock, a longtime KC sports... uh, well I guess he’s labeled a “writer” doesn’t have the intellect to shine Professor Sowell’s shoes!

Both write columns, but there’s no comparison to the content or intellect that goes into them. Dr. Sowell writes for adults, yet is perfectly capable of making clear very complex subjects (like economics) to people of all levels of education.

Jason Whitlock... I’m not really sure who he writes for, but the guy has proven himself, over and over again, to be a booger-eating-moron (BEM.)

It’s just jealousy. Whitlock WISHES in his dearest dreams that he could put together a column with the wit and clarity just a fraction as good as the worst Sowell column.

I regret FR does not have the “thumbs up” feature to show our approval.

When someone says or does something that doesn’t make sense he is lying. Is Whitley actually talking about himself? Sure looks like it. Jerk.

“You almost have to admire Jason for turning his ignorant mind to America’s greatest living intellectual, in any context. Maybe next he’ll pick up one of Dr. Sowell’s books and be converted.”

Jason could pick it up, but when he found out there weren’t any pictures, he would throw it down.

They seek to elevate pro sports to some kind of heady “significance” where everything in it carries signs of the politically-charged larger society, so they can then exercise their half-assed “punditry” with impunity.

They have to do it, because the decree comes from their masters in the ministry of propaganda.

"Bread and Circuses," it worked for the Roman Empire as it was crumbling from within, and it's being used now to distract the dumb masses. Look at the shiny object over there... Ignore what's going on around you...

He left school to join the Marine Corps

And thereby accomplished more with his life than this sad-sack Whitlock creature likely ever will.

What is tragic, IMO, is that Whitlock will likely be promoted as a role model for young black males, while Sowell will continue to be characterized as an Uncle Tom.

How many average black people on the street have even heard of Thomas Sowell?

It’s an up-is-down world when the wise man is despised and the fool is hailed. It indicates that a culture is very close to the end of its descent.

Well said. Yours is an observation that applies to so much of what we see around us today.

Apparently Jason is enjoying his new-found fame as a complete idiot, and trying to lengthen his 15 minutes of fame by making more idiotic comments. Imagine how many people around this buffoon are laughing at him behind his back.

when he found out there weren’t any pictures of naked people, he would throw it down. ;-)

If only Dr. Sowell's publisher had been more thoughtful of the "low information" audience.
