Just a dreadful list. Paul McCartney's Wonderful Christmastime? Srsly? Every single song on 1) Nat King Cole 2) Dean Martin 3) Frank Sinatra and 4) Glen Campbell's most popular Christmas albums are 10 times better than that crap.

Glen Campbell - Little Toy Trains

Silent night by Bing Crosby didn’t make the list he and his producer stated it sold more than white Christmas and there was some glitch in the sales numbers that made it appear white Christmas was higher. Just heard the story repeated yesterday on the radio.

Sometime soon, my son will call and start singing this song when I answer. I will have to hold back laughing as long as I can, he actually has quite a good voice, and we will then talk about the incident that Merry Christmas From the Family, by Robert Earl Keen, reminds us of. We can relate! Literally.
My husband hates the song and is not particularly amused. He does not like being reminded of a visit that was crazy from get go and cost him a game he had to forgo. Different strokes etc. LOL.

Robert says in one of his music videos that he merely put music to what he witnessed at one of his family gatherings.

1) John Denver- Please Daddy, don’t get drunk this Christmas!

2) Various - I’ll be Home for Christmas

3) Springsteen - Santa Clause is Comin to Town
