How Obama replaced Christ among blacks
WND ^ | December 11, 2012 | Jesse Lee Peterson

Exclusive: Jesse Lee Peterson asserts minorities have found 'a physical messiah'

President Barack Obama is the most divisive man to ever occupy the White House –period! Yet, 95 percent of black Americans worship him as if he’s the messiah. Why?

Actor and comedian Jamie Foxx recently took the stage at the Soul Train Awards and told the audience, “Thank God, and our lord and savior, Barack Obama!” Foxx called on the audience to stand up and clap for Obama. His outrageous remarks were broadcast on national television, yet not one nationally known black leader repudiated Foxx.

Barack Obama’s ability to seduce people is well-known. He can bring his biggest critics into a room and have them coming out singing his praises. He’s a charismatic and congenital liar. In 2012, Obama was able to gather young people, cater to their egos by offering them free stuff and convince them that they were wiser than the older generation – and smarter than that old “blue-eyed Republican.”

Black America’s journey from slavery to freedom is well-documented. Yet despite their emancipation by President Lincoln more than a century earlier, blacks in the South were still subject to discrimination. During this era arose Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a leader black Americans had put all their hopes into. The subsequent assassination of Martin Luther King was traumatic for Americans, but especially for black Americans.

After King’s assassination, blacks were in a spiritual no-man’s land – and they’ve been wandering and waiting for another savior for the last 50 years. They turned to the government for assistance and received government programs and general relief (welfare). The black father was replaced by a government check – and black men made babies and started abandoning their families.

“. . .blacks in the South were still subject to discrimination.”. . . . . .
Meanwhile, in the North, there was no discrimination. The northerners were above reproach. And still are.

I get his point (though personally I know a number of Bible-believing black Americans who’d be quite insulted).

I know a few, but they are not the norm.

Race above faith.

That’s not going to work out too well...

Right after Foxx’s statement, Twitter lit up with outrage from black Christians. Most indicated their support of Obama, but their rejection of his having any position even close to Christ was loud and clear. More than a few referred to Foxx as “Fool!” and called for him to repent.

If they support Obama, they support his unGodly agenda.

As the Bible says...you will know them by their fruits.

Guilty as charged.

You cannot serve two masters. You love the one and hate the other. Time for Blacks (like all people) to choose.

How Obama replaced Christ among blacks

It's also like how we've made Glenn Beck into some kind of prophet, only to later realize he's a false one.

People have made God into their own personal image instead of the other way around. Libs took God out of the schools but he hasn't been totally removed from our culture. So God still remains but the knowledge of him, what he is all about has been changed to fit into the image of the world. If a Christian who truly has Christ in their heart comes out and challenges that world view of God, they are called haters because the people have accepted this new form of God.

I am literally heart-sick that my Black brethren seem to choose race over Christ.

Where are the Black men of God? I know of some, like Lloyd Marcus, but where are the Black men who claim to be ministers of the Gospel? Where are they?

Have they all been seduced by racial idolotry?

“Meanwhile, in the North, there was no discrimination. The northerners were above reproach. And still are.”

I’ve learned that the sarcasm tag is required, even for obvious sarcasm. :)

You’re right, of course. Northern liberals act as if no one north of the Mason-Dixon was ever racist.

It’s the fruit that Satan holds out for just a quick snakc, won’t hurt a bit, and it will taste so good...It’s just as appealing as the original fruit was to Eve.

And the consequences are just as dire.

Why? They are part of the 5% (approximately 2 million) of blacks that Peterson mentioned in the second sentence of his article. What would they find insulting???

“I get his point (though personally I know a number of Bible-believing black Americans who’d be quite insulted)....”

That’s the problem....The NUMBER is very small...Go to church praising God, slain in the spirit, speaking in tongues and then support a leader who is against everything they were worshipping in the first place!!!!!......”Pray that God touches his heart” from a black Christian friend of 30 years....No, don’t vote for THE ONE who has the spirit of anti-christ in the first place......Since 2008 the friendship has gone south in a drastic way.....

I have to disagree. I think it will work out fine. It seems to me that whites, particularly those below 40, are self loathing, and accepting of whatever garbage is pushed onto them. White people, not just here, but also in Europe, seem to be active participants in their own marginalization.

And how do you support a “Fool” who pushes abortion, gay marriage, ect. as a Christian?...Sounds a little foolish to me....And very hypocritical.....

This is just their way of rejecting all that is holy and good about our society and Christianity. Just a big thumb in our white Christian eyes.

They’ve already ruined our education system with their condemnation of achieving good grades.

They’ve destroyed the family unit in their communities.

They’ve disproportionately filled our jails and prisons.

They’ve rejected all common-sense first names with stereotypically damning names like Chameka, Tapeka, Quoleka, etc.

They’ve destroyed all good musicality with their Rap crap.

They’ve rejected having any kind of role models who are “white.”

They lionize thugs and punks who are pimps, drug addicts, and drug pushers.

And they’ve rejected MLK’s thoughts on judging people by their content rather than color.

They’ve rejected all American History’s Founding Fathers and what those historical geniuses did for our country.

They’ve torn apart their neighborhoods and destroyed most shopping malls within their communities.

70% of their babies are illegitimate.

Over half of the abortions are against black babies, yet blacks consist of barely 12% of our population.

And all of this has been blamed on the whites and Bush.

I keep seeing how easy it will be for the Antichrist to be worshipped as god.

I pray that my eschatological view is correct.

Blacks are more Christian and Religious than any other group, Asians are the least and certainly not causing the problems

But everything else you said is correct
