I've seen them up close and personal, too. I've seen them destroy evertything small business built up and walk away laughing.

When I was younger, I used to work in shops. I'd work for 89 days and then never go back. I can't tell you how many times I was told not to do so much work, by my bosses, because it would skew the union quotas.

There is a suspect named Tony Cummings in the Cuyahoga County justice system, indicted for theft and forgery and scheduled for a trial the morning of December 11th(!), however the description of him in the database says he is a black male.

So if the information is accurate it may be a different guy with the same name.
