"Health care should be a human right, not a privilege.,Drivers licenes, healthcare for illegals is being called a human right and not a privilege. They sure do not convey this same attitude in Mexico that human rights include drivers licenses, healthcare, etc, etc, etc.

At least give us the chance to fight for our lives with dignity."

At least give us the right to take advantage of you Americans, legally - with 'dignity'.

At least give us the right to rob, rape, and murder Americans, with 'dignity'.

At least give us the right to infect the US Population with our heretofore thought extinct diseases, with 'dignity'.

At least give us the right to take an organ badly needed by an American so that we can get it installed for free, with 'dignity'.

He's going to make an outstanding commie lib, Obamazombie. If health care is a"human right", why the hell didn't he have the mexican government give him his kidney? Don't they have "human rights" in Mexico? Just askin'. This guy is an ass.

Isn’t that special? Now taxpayers can foot the bills for the rest of his life—ongoing tests and medications. Too bad a US citizen won’t get that same chance.

Okay, I’m going to post the first thought that came to my mind when I read this article. I wonder what American died because he or she was knocked off the list for the illegal? Is that unChristian of me? I know one man who has been on the kidney list for close to eight years. He pays his taxes, volunteers at a local fire department (office work but volunteers) and is a kind man. No one is going to tell me that this particular organ didn’t match up with an American on the waiting list.

Speaking as someone who has had family members needing transplants, bone marrow in one case, kidneys in the other this makes me angry. Considering that my guy, who has only broken the occasional traffic law, is still waiting and we have marines in mexico being tied to beds in prison for less than this makes me want to say screw it deport them all, and bomb that fetid swamp they came from into oblivion.

"Health care should be a human right, not a privilege. At least give us the chance to fight for our lives with dignity."

Since "Being Born" isn't a human right in the US - carrying it further - everything else that follows isn't either...ØCare

The Completion of 'Being Born' is at the whim and 'Privilege' of the Host-Womb...there are no pure "Rights" - Only "Privileges" and Permissions.

Abortion 'Rights' passes the baton to decree whether a 'human' will have a 'right' by the privileged-decision maker.
The same 'rights of the privileged deciders' will go straight down the line with Government Controlled HealthCare.

The Rev. Jose Landaverde, pastor of the mission, said he felt compelled by the Gospel to help Mariscal after hearing his story. "Jorge is a lot of hope for the community," he said. "I believe that the Gospel moves us to be in solidarity with one another." Aside from his help with fundraising, Landaverde organized a 21-day hunger strike in June against hospitals that denied transplants to patients because of their undocumented status.

What 'gospel' is Landeverde preaching? The 'social' justice? No one is talking about CHRIST - so it isn't the Christian gospel.

My Christian gospel tells me to work hard - as unto the Lord; and then bless the less fortunate with what I've earned - from compassion. I do not have the right to take from my neighbor through force or intimidation to do my good deeds. What my neighbor does with his earnings is between him and God.

So Landeverde can take up a collection, and that's Christlike and compassionate. But he can not intimidate others into subsidizing his 'good deeds' through politics. That's twisted and demonic.

Christ teaches that you earn a living and freely give to help the less fortunate out of compassion. Marx teaches that you take from the more fortunate out of envy. Marx created Marxism/communism/socialism to REPLACE Christianity, which he thought was evil. You can not blend Marx with Christ.

” “Why can’t we be treated the same?” he asked while sitting in his hospital room. “Health care should be a human right, ...”

Ask that illegal immigrant if any of the pest hole Gubments south of the American border provide free medical care on the level which this scum is whining for.

Will the new kidney pass on it’s American citizenship making him an American citizen now? Of course, that would cause him to lose all his freebie.

Just more of the same and the reason why I have been turning off all news and radio dealing with politics. it’s making me crazy and far too angry.

I’ll read but I can’t tolerate seeing this or hearing it debated by pundits.

The minute I hear crap like this I have to put on the classical music station or If i am at home, one of my classical vinyl records.

It calms me down.

The country wants this. Expect it on a regular basis and find a way to deal with your blood pressure.

So his mother donated a kidney and then instead of thanking the country that made it possible, he tells us he had a “right” to the operation.

Who pays for this?

Is this why my health insurance costs $1400 a month for just me?

Loyola agreed to cover the costs of the transplant

And what's that supposed to mean???

I'll tell you what it means: it means they charge the cost to general overhead, which then gets allocated to everybody else's bill.

Which means insurance companies have to pay higher bills, so they raise premium rates.

Presumably all this back-and-forth angst was conducted through an interpreter.

“Rush University Medical Center also placed Arroyo’s brother, Elfego, on a transplant waiting list. Both brothers suffer from primary amyloidosis, a genetic liver disease.”

Mark Steyn writes about something similar occurring in England. Their muslim `guests’ often marry their first cousins. This leads to birth defects that result in the progeny becoming `children with special needs’ for the rest of their lives, and the responsibility of the taxpaying British public.

So the Arroyo brothers will be “the gift that keeps on giving” for you and me, those of us who will continue to wait in line, like legal immigrants.
Go mini-Galt, 2013, and Feliz Navidad, Senor Arroyo, courtesy of Uncle Sam!

Yes, involuntary servitude of others, whether it be the surgeon or the taxpayer, is a right of the poor and other favored Leftist constituencies.
As we know, these are unalienable rights conferred by the government gods.

Let’s see if La Raza can divert some of the $$$ it spends on
political activism to help pay for this man’s $10,000 future annual bills
for the anti-rejection drugs. Eva Longoria and a bunch of other
compassionate Hollywood pillars of society could chip in too.
