C'mon Now, GOP, Don't Go Wobbly on Us

Please read and pass along this article. We send good conservatives to D.C. to fulfill the promises they made to the electorate, and yet when they stay true to their word the permanent political class in their own party punishes them. This won't be forgotten come 2014. Right now the GOP establishment is more concerned about the opinion of the media and the Georgetown cocktail circuit than they are we the people who hired them. For all this new talk of how the GOP needs a populist movement, it would do them good to remember they already have one; its called the Tea Party movement, and it won for them the majority they now enjoy in the House.

Have 20 Conservative reps remind Boner that they are all that keeps him as Speaker of the next Congress instead of Pelosi.
Put Boner on notice, with the will to follow through, if necessary.

Sadly you are correct. We are now living in a Euro-style center-left Social Democracy and will be for a very long time I think. (it took the USSR 70 years to spend its wealth down to the fail point, and we are starting out much further ahead. The fail may take several lifetimes.)

I know this lady was trashed by the media and Left since 2008, but I hope that she gets involved and runs for some type of office. Hannity and Facebook are simply not enough.
God Bless you Sarah!

"Put Boner on notice, with the will to follow through, if necessary. "I believe that one of the first missions of the next congress is the election of their Speaker. We desparately need Newt as the next Speaker. Boner is as incompetent in his position as Buckwheat is.

Just don’t re-elect him Speaker. It will take less than 20 next Congress.

She's absolutely correct. The GOP is biting "The Hand That Feeds It" by assuming they can not only take for granted The Tea Party's support, but also that they can tacitly, implicitly play along with the Media's denigration of The Tea Party (by not standing up against it) and continue to enjoy our good graces.
If they remain on this milquetoast path of spineless rolling over to the O'Bunghole-led anti-Tea Party mouthpieces in the Fourth Estate, they may well find themselves in a cage match death-roll come 2014 as they wrestle with a new 3rd Party challenge to their ill-advised assumption of having a "lock" on the "2 Party" process.
We've now lost (improbably enough) the latest "most important election in American History" by following the GOP's lead on presidential electioneering ("Mitt for brains" might not have been the best choice, after all...), and I can promise you, IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
The GOP has one of two choices:
1. Acknowledge the fact that, without The Tea Party, the GOP will never win again, so they better listen to us in '14...
...or...
2. Accept that they are in a downward spiral which will end with the demise of the GOP as a serious player in the American political arena.
The ball is in their court. The Power is in ours.
