I know he was trying to be cute, but referring to his marriage as "Team Petraus" strikes me as belittleing it.
Oh....wait. Nevermind.
You can pretend it was an accident, but its not possible to do those things by accident. You did them intentionally. You showed the world what your character consists of, just like when you worked for Bammy
He screwed up? Unfortunate choice of words.
He makes no apology for mis-leading the American public
about the video lies he participated in.
An “accident” or “oops, I messed up” is a one nighter. He took on a friggin’ mistress.
It’s a common reference today....Thnk about husband and wife, both working, both keeping house, both doing whatever...they do it all as a “TEAM”.
No, I’d say he screwed Paula, generally.
He is a servant of the Usurper. A traitor to his sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
Eff you petreaus...you screwed alot of people....
No. You do not have sex with someone not your wife by “accident”. Slipping on a wet floor is an accident. Purposefully and willfully cheating on your spouse is not.
“And I screwed down pretty good too” (ba da bum bum...)
Referring to his marriage as “Team Petraeus” is the least of things he did to belittle it.
And screwing up is too kind a description.
Feels bad about cheating, but no mention on how he feels about HIS rules denying fire support to man in firefights in Afghanistan.
Traitor.
If he says he screwed up, could we infer from that that Paula was on top?
I believe that if Paula was on active duty when embedded with Dave it is a court martial offense. Am I correct?
I don’t think I have ever heard a married couple call themselves TEAM “name here” in any seriousness
lol. yep
Why doesn’t he just follow Bill Clinton’s example and tell the public: “It’s private behavior”.....”it’s none of our business”.....”this is between him and his wife”.....”it has nothing to do with his ability to d his job.” If that explanation is good enough for the Commander In Chief, it should be good enough for the Generals and Admirals who report to him.
