If the Republican is ahead when you have counted all the votes then find some more votes to count.
If the Republican is still ahead then recount the votes how ever many times it takes until the Democrat is ahead, then stop.
900 votes in a district that has 7 registered voters? For a US Representative job that pays $175,000 a year? I’d be willing to chip in some money to pay these grifters to not cheat.
