FBI Agent in Petraeus Case Under Scrutiny

The FBI agent who started the case was a friend of Jill Kelley, the Tampa woman who received harassing, anonymous emails that led to the probe, according to officials. Ms. Kelley, a volunteer who organizes social events for military personnel in the Tampa area, complained in May about the emails to a friend who is an FBI agent. That agent referred it to a cyber crimes unit, which opened an investigation.

However, supervisors soon became concerned that the initial agent might have grown obsessed with the matter, and prohibited him from any role in the investigation, according to the officials.

The FBI officials found that he had sent shirtless pictures of himself to Ms. Kelley, according to the people familiar with the probe.

That same agent, after being barred from the case, contacted a member of Congress, Washington Republican David Reichert, because he was concerned senior FBI officials were going to sweep the matter under the rug, the officials said. That information was relayed to top congressional officials, who notified FBI headquarters in Washington.

It certainly looks like a very odd friendship, if I was a woman on that Base, and Jill was in the habit of attending social gatherings in outfits that look like she’s wearing an undergarment or a nighdress, I might also be tempted to send her an e-mail telling I don’t appreciate her behaviour.
But that’s just me, I’m old fashioned that way.

Maybe she’s what she looks like. And her husband isn’t exactly an academic either. What-ever would these couples have had in common?

Oh, it's not a correction sort of thing, with all this stuff around at once it's easy to miss. I'm not sure but if they're solid democrat types Jill could have pictures of a female Abbe just as easily as a male Abbe.

Given the fact that the Kelly clan is in deep financial trouble and that Jill is a twin, all sorts of things come to mind as why the FBI would be involved, why they might be easy to convince to cooperate in a trap, and so on.

The pictures I saw she was with Petraeus wife by her or in the background so I had the right one. However, how great you have just added a porn star to the mix. We really needed another bit to throw in the mix. All of this is just too much, isn’t it?

The one we're talking about is pictured earlier in this thread with her husband, Gen Petraus and Mrs. Petraus all together. The wardrobe comment fits that picture very well.
