Obama wanted his voters to seek revenge. What is fair for their side should be fair for our side. The U.S. Employment Discrimination Law covers, Race, Sex, Pregnancy, Religion, National Origin, Disability, Age, Military Affiliation, Bankruptcy, Genetic Info, and Citizenship. It does not cover party affiliation. If you have a business and you don't want any commie Democrats working for you, you should have the right to advertise "Democrats Need Not Apply". And if they lie to get hired, you should have the right to fire them at the first sign that they are a liberal Democrat.
Call it the:
“Your Vote Counts” Policy.
Agreed - plus if they are a current employee then you run the risk of a) having them file for unemployment which they will get if you fire them on grounds of political affiliation. Not their fault, B) having anything they remotely have on you or know about your operations exposed - unless you have them on a super tight NDA and c) risk of not having customers who might view your firm as extreme. I have 2 programmers who work for me that our outstanding at what they do, are good people and have families I know/trust. Just because they voted for Obama does not drive my decision to fire them. However to each their own.

Not if it's a private employer. That said, I think the idea is....unwise.
We fired a liberal as planned, as scheduled on Wednesday afternoon and damn proud of it. Anyone want some pointers to spot the obama voter during the interview process, it’s easy..

I agree with you on Constitutional grounds, but I doubt your local labor relations board would see it that way.
You sound like a really nice, caring guy. That’s the problem with us conservatives. We’re too nice to fight. Mitt Romney is a nice, caring guy, and he campaigned that way. Good Luck with your business.
Voters rolls listing party affiliation are often available online.

I have been told a time or two to run for office because I call it like it is. Don’t like what I have to say? Deal with it. The truth is often something many do not want to hear.
I won’t run. I am smart enough to know that if I did I’d loose, my family would be pulled through so much muck I’d shoot someone and my head would likely explode.
There is not enough duct tape in the world to prevent that from happening.
But many find it refreshing when I call a lib out and do not back down.
I think Newt and Michele would have been like me. telling it like it is and not sugar coating it.

Any private business should have a “bammasticker” purge.
Go through the parking lot, look for bama stickers, and have a round of targeted layoffs.
Repeat until the parking lot is clean.
Hate to tell you, but in California being a democrat is already a protected class (although they were pretty much protected based on the other non-discriminatory demographics) :

That’s California. Conservative business owners are moving out of that state anyway. Calf. and N.Y. will be next to go the way of Detroit. Can’t happen fast enough .
The EEOC would just file a race discrimination claim on the basis of disparate impact.
What about Independents and Libertarians?..............
