I don't usually bother with TV at all, but my wife seems to want to get her news from Fox for reasons beyond me. We have a home theater system, and invited our neighbors over tonight to watch the election returns on Fox with us.
We were appalled by the process through which the Fox morons cheerfully dismissed state after state before the facts were even in, a pattern epitomized when some babe strutted in smarmy fashion down to their "Decision Room" to humor Carl Rove's contention that Ohio had been called far too prematurely for Obama.
It was an amazingly amateurish, overly glitzy production throughout, and one where every single Fox News person seemed more than glad, titillated in fact, that Obama had won. I found it disgusting beyond words.
I left Fox long ago, but I think my wife finally saw the light tonight. We're done with the. May they rot in whatever hell they go to.
Yes.
I didn’t even watch.
I’m through with Fox except Catherine Herridge, Benghazi reporter.
Only if CNS or American Spectator starts at cable news network for conservatives.
Fox is the most fair and balanced non-partisan news network on cable.
Where are you going to go to MSNBC?
Careful... your treading on thin ground here... I put up a similar post and it got yanked...
Yes, I’m pretty much feeling the same way. I don’t need them. There are plenty of places to get my news on the Internet.
I’ve been done with Fox, the GOP and all but one conservative talking head since summer.
Maybe Glenn Beck’s channel will be a good alternative. I’m done with Fox as well.
agree....all in the same pile of pooh....
I was disappointed that the usual gain wasn’t there. I like Neil Cavuto and Lou Dobbs, but prefer the others. I like the CEOs they had who blasted all the problems witht he past 4 years and the essential stupidity of the sheeple.
You can't imagine how much crap I got from a lot of folks here on FR over the last decade when I pointed out that Fox News is an amateurish, third-rate news organization. I haven't watched it in years.
Agreed. It was sickening.
Whats FOX to do with a culture that buys and sells votes?
The DNC outbid us.
We need to outbid them and at the same tome reste the US faster.
$500,000 and one acre of land in manhattan.
Some people think Murdoch is trying to appease those in power so they will not go after him for that debacle in Britain. Perhaps he is going easy on the Democrats for that reason.
I quit watching FOX and all TV over 4 years ago.
Absolutely through with Fox! They were shameful. Especially Megyn Kelly. She was positively giddy. Fox News has killed the goose that laid the golden egg. They started out fair and balanced and it appealed to people. They ran away with the ratings but now its went to their heads and they are as bad as the rest. No more cable news for me. I’ll get my news from my local news and conservative talk radio.
Me too. They remind me of Lucy holding the ball out for Charlie Brown and then pulling it away at the last minute. Remember haw they were in the tank for Romney during the primaries? Now they completely abandoned him even a couple of weeks go.
Those talking heads on FNC, they are making 6-, 7-, 8-figure salaries while the rest of us are jobless or loosing their life savings. Fox, you are no different than CNN.
Real Conservatives do not watch Fox News.
When their hosts and analysts started supporting McCain-Kennedy Illegal Alien Amnesty turned me off years ago. When I decided to watch again, they supported Obama on the Eligibility issue by attacking the Birthers. Goodbye FonyCon News Channel
I am through with TV FOX and the rest of the talking heads. Lou Dobbs is tolerable and Cavuto is smart and good, but the rest are window dressing and waay too unaffected in general. Scary times.
FOX was all in Left until they got there man Romney, and moved to the middle only to move back Left as they move FORWARD! with them.
Education, from start to finish, guarantees another generation of more socialist/Marxists who have increasingly less use for religious liberty.
Maybe. But Glenn Becks channel would be too Alex Jonesy for me.
