Computer glitch requiring telephonic registration verification slowing the process a bit, but moving OK.
It`s on!!
Is this in a conservative area?
If its very heavy, we may just defy all the D+ oversampled polls. A Republican electorate in VA could make a big difference tonight.
Both in electing Romney and helping to get George Allen back to the Senate.
I drove through the area yesterday. Along Rt 17 all the signs are Romney Ryan

Voted this am. Was the sixth voter in the “I to Z” line — so among the first 12 or so voters here in a city south of Roanoke. The surrounding county will go R about 65-35, the city will probably go D 57-43.
There were about 30 people voting at 6am. Would estimate 70% Romney voters (don’t ask as to how I’m guessing).
Arlington, VA - FYI - Walked over to polling place, line too long (200+) I will return later. Rough estimate - 70% on those in line were holding the pink Republican sample ballot. Local radio is reporting long lines all over NoVA. Arlington County went 70+% for both Kerry and Obama.
In Virginia too, I was @ the polls @ 5:15 waiting, I was about the 15th in line. By the time the polls opened @ 6:00 there were about 150+ people behind me.
NOVA doesn’t look good. It may be a close win in VA.
Thanks for the updates! C’mon momentum!
Yeh, but just wait until noon when the ripple-induced sleep of the rats wears off. They will stumble to the mailbox to get their gov’t check, wait for the bus to take them to the voting booth so they can cancel out a patriotic hard working person’s vote for Romney!
Gloucester is very red.
Did you read what he said about Arlington, VA? --
70% on those in line were holding the pink Republican sample ballot.
If true, that is hugh and series!
Where in NOVA? The dems run up their numbers in Arlington and Alexandria. We may be able to hold our own in the surrounding counties.
My precinct in Newport News is a decent bellweather. Bush over Kerry 59-39, McCain over Obama 51-48 same number of voters.
Malvern, pa. Small polling location, line started at 6:25. Six minutes to showtime. Good luck and may God Bless America.
400 to 500 Lined up in my precinct in Roanoke county by 6:15 this morning. Ckick-Fil-A syndrome at work here.
Fairfax County. Kerry was the first Democrat to win it since 1964 and in 2008 O took it by an even wider margin. I don’t think it’ll be that high today.
Let’s see how it goes in downstate VA.
Even here in Massachusetts, we have Republicans in large numbers. Many of them don't bother voting most years because it's a lost cause. So when the lines in and around Boston are short, I know it's going to be a bad day for the Republicans. But when the lines are long even in Boston, the Republicans are turning out too. This happened during the 2010 special election when Scott Brown shocked the country by taking a Massachusetts senate seat.
