Even here in Massachusetts, we have Republicans in large numbers. Many of them don't bother voting most years because it's a lost cause. So when the lines in and around Boston are short, I know it's going to be a bad day for the Republicans. But when the lines are long even in Boston, the Republicans are turning out too. This happened during the 2010 special election when Scott Brown shocked the country by taking a Massachusetts senate seat.
Small town, 24,000 here. At 6:45 the line was at least a hundred feet long, but it moved rapidly.
Legions of Fauxahontas demons holding signs, though. I can only hope the "squaw" (in its original actual meaning) loses.
