Thanks JR. Several FR subgroups are also set up especially on FB. They work but nothing beats the real thing!

Dittos on the tips to speed page loading. I never thought about it speeding things up but recently I have not been using the sidebar much.

Also I never load the text option, only the headlines.

As soon asI get back to my desktop pc I’ll make the changes.

I first signed up at FR in mid '98, then moved to go back to school, was w/o pc access for a few months, and then couldn't remember my password !

Handle was oldsoph (?), but tried a jillion possibilities and never could get the pw right.

A source of bitterness ever since .. lol

My Yahoo name is different too. However, if you want FReepers to know who you are, why don’t you just put that in parentheses after your post. It might be easier than changing your name.
