Describe any drop in Obama enthusiasm in your area.

In Northern suburbs of Chicago:

2008: Obama intensity overflowing in every direction.

2012: Have NEVER heard enthusiasm expressed for Obama. What I have heard is low-key excuses for Obama or low-key sniping at Romney.

Three people that I know and had the courage to admit they voted for Obama in 2008 are now saying they will not vote for him in 2012.

In S. California so no hope for Romney, but unlike 2008 there are no yard signs and I think I’ve seen a grand total of 5 bumper stickers. People explain their support for Obama via their disdain for Romney/Republicans, but can’t explain his policies or what his plan is for the future.

I particularly enjoy asking Obama supporters to explain how you “grow the economy from the middle out.” It’s the quickest way to get a liberal to stop talking...

Suburbs halfway between Cleveland and Akron.
My street;
one empty chair
one R&R sign
Seven obama signs.

I live in a very Conservative area but the few Obama signs that were around in 2008 aren’t popping up this year. I hope the people learned their lesson but folks probably can’t afford the signs because of the O-Conomy....LOL

In 2008 NoVa was a sea of blue obama signs, it was downright depressing but gave me hope that Virginians would no longer look down so much on Merryland (as if)

Please, just keep neutralizing our vote

Raleigh area of NC. Next door neighbors actively worked on Obama’s campaign in 2008 with many meetings at their home blocking the cul de sac. This cycle? Nothing. No posters. No meetings. No enthusiasm.

There were two cars out in front of their house the other day... both had Romney stickers.

My car with the Romney/Ryan bumpersticker has not yet been vandalized by the “tolerant” and “enlightened” folks who supported Zero in ‘08.

I’m in a small town in NW Louisiana in which the population is 80% black. I have not seen a single yard sign or bumper sticker for —any— candidate. However, the people I talk to are singularly for Romney.

I have an Obama voting friend (2008) who e-mailed me today that he will be voting from Romney. We have tens days of early voting here. In 2008 the Obama voters turned out heavily for that, I saw it myself. As soon as early voting starts here I’ll be able to a gauge how 0Zero’s base will be turning out. I doubt it will be as heavy

I see more Romney yard signs than Obama

Southwest Ohio Report:

Homes that proudly displayed Obama/Biden signs in 2008 either have no sign or now have a Romney/Ryan sign.

Overall more Romney/Ryan signs and bumper stickers than Obama compared to 2008.

My nieces and nephew are voting Romney instead of Obama and I know of this case in another family’s situation.

Young folks aren’t being fooled again.

In 08, here in Alabama which went big for puke McLame, there were a few Obama yard posters and lots of car stickers, mainly on cars driven by blacks. But, not this year. I have YET to see one yard sign and the car stickers are the old faded ones. I have seen one that might be new, but hard to tell as the car needed a bath! Har. I have heard absolutely NO ONE mention his name in a positive manner. Every person that has opened his mouth to say anything was nothing but solid negative against Oscuma. He will not win the south. He might get LA, but I have seen no polls for the numbers there.

Still seeing some resistance along the lines of Republicans are evil but not much in the way of outer demonstrations. This is in the NYC area so that’s normal but the level of enthusiasm is way down.

It’s more of the reactionary type. Like Obama is good and vote for him but if Romney wins then it’s bad news in a year.

Actually digging out of this hole is going to be hard on everyone. Romney is the best steward this nation could hope for under the circumstances.

So to you folks in the Battleground, our Republic is counting on you.
Get it done!

There is an old democrat that lives at the corner of my street. He always puts democrat signage in his yard during elections. He had some out a few weeks ago, though he did not have an Obama sign, whereas four years ago he did. Then last week all the signs had been taken down... could have been vandalism but there are a few other life long democrats in our neighborhood with full tilt signage. Also, I see only a few Obama bumper stickers as I drive around, maybe only an eighth of what it was four years ago... Kansas City metro area.

South Broward Co FL
2008: O signs everywhere, Cars blaring that “o-bam-ah” song at every third intersection, bumper stickers galore.

2012: Every yard sign poll I do is an RR win, hardly any bumper stickers for either side. The closest O office does not have any signage outside to identify it, almost like they are to ashamed to announce their mission to neighborhood.
