Yes, he has. The question is, why doesn’t anyone ever do the same thing to him? College transcripts are sealed too. Let’s get them opened up. How about that tape the LA Times has (or had)? Where was the lawsuit to get that out in the open? The truth is, we would not win any such challenges, but of course we will lose this one.
