Yes, he has. The question is, why doesn’t anyone ever do the same thing to him? College transcripts are sealed too. Let’s get them opened up. How about that tape the LA Times has (or had)? Where was the lawsuit to get that out in the open? The truth is, we would not win any such challenges, but of course we will lose this one. The angry female celebrity lawyer going to court on behalf of the failing black president? By now we know the judges love to come to the rescue in cases like this one, and they see the laws we live by as a mere inconvenience.
We don’t do it because part of our appeal is that we are the gentlemanly and ladylike party. The unethical party has the temporary advantage, but God is on the side of the righteous.
