Planned Parenthood is in the killing business. They perform approximately 324,000 abortions per year, using various methods on women at various stages of pregnancy.
For example, during a first trimester abortion, they usually suction out the child, or pieces of the child, through a tube inserted into the uterus. But during a second-trimester abortion, where the child has become too large to be killed and then sucked through a tube, Planned Parenthood performs a cervical dilation that allows them to get sharp instruments into the intended safety of the womb and kill the child so that it can then be evacuated.
Its an ugly, immoral job, but by using phrases like termination of pregnancy, pro-choice, and womens health, Planned Parenthood has been able to maintain both a quasi-respectable public image and their killing fieldsall at the same time.
But for many, that all changed in July when 24-year old Tonya Reaves bled to death after an employee at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Chicago aborted Tonyas baby in the second trimester.
Roughly 12 hours after the child had been dismembered and pulled from Tonyas womb, the 24-year-old was pronounced dead.
This wasnt by any means the first death of a would-be-mother at the hands of Planned Parenthood, but it was probably the most notorious, and the most shocking. So now Planned Parenthood has a problemusually, only the baby dies. Having a dead mother, too, means phrases like termination of pregnancy, pro-choice, and womens health simply arent apropos.
Moreover, although Planned Parenthood is historically known for some very objectionable ad campaigns, its fair to say a Planned Parenthood Two-For-One Deal probably wont be in the works any time soon.
This tragedy has brought the deadly aspect of abortionfor the mother and not just the babyout into the light for all to see. And now, some of those who never gave it a second thought are seeing behind the façade that has featured smiling abortionists, keep your laws off my body placards, and banners that read, Wanting Every Child to be a Wanted Child.
In the end, its not about womens health, pro-choice sentiments, or terminating pregnancies. Nor is it about wanted children vs. unwanted children both sides think every child should be wanted, but pro-lifers dont think the solution is killing the child.
No, in the end, its all about killing for profit. And Planned Parenthoods grand mistake in trying to hide this became evident when Tanya Reaves walked in with a child and both were dead within hours.
Sadly, had things gone as planned, one of them would still be dead.
How can it be called “Planned Parenthood”???????
Should it not be “Parent Preventionhood”????????
PING
Abortions are voluntary (for now anyway)
Every woman vile and stupid enough to terminate their child’s life should have the right to off themselves as well.
ITs their body, you know.
I’ll confess up front that I have little sympathy for women who die or are permanently damaged from abortions.
One more woman who died as a result of “safe and legal” abortion isn’t going to change anyone’s attitudes. Women die every day from abortion.
I believe the challenge is to education young women before they decide to get pregnant. I think teaching them the facts about fetal development and about the dangers of abortion will make them a lot less likely to engage in unprotected intercourse.
Are you still killing your unborn? -- GOD |
They say
Wanting Every Child to be a Wanted Child.
but mean
“Every unwanted child a dead child.”
“Parenthood Prevention”?
No. These people are parents as soon as the baby is conceived. Mother AND dopey father. Killing the baby does not eradicate that.
How is that possible? If we had parents killing their children we would have a massive breakdown of the family, religion and just about everything good that comes froom those entities?
Oh.
Biden said he too believes that life begins at conception, which means that he supports taking life from an unborn child.
They know what happens. It’s written in the natural law. These people are blocking out what happens and they are aided by our licentious culture.
And where are the men in your statement? Are they not a part of this or are they beyond educating?
A lot of them won’t give women the time of day if they are not going to pretend they’re married for the night.
Guys don’t care if their children are aborted.
A guy can say “I have three kids. . . that I know of” and people laugh. that’s part of the big problem.
That attitude was acceptable only among morally sick subcultures until the last thirty or forty years.
It’s still wrong and people know it. they don’t need to be taught.
I thought you were going to say, “every womant vile and stupid enough to have marital relations with a guy who doesn’t care about her nor the baby to consider the consequences”.
> How can it be called Planned Parenthood???????
It’s more like Planned Barrenhood.
Or in places like China, Banned Parenthood.
One of the funniest scenes from a movie was in the original “Cheaper By the Dozen” with Myrna Loy and Clifton Webb. It seems the family had just moved into a new home. The local PP group sent a “lady” to welcome the family. When the parents asked the “lady” if she wanted to meet the family, the dad whistled and all 12 kids lined up. The PP lady then became quite indignant and huffed out of the home.
Even in those early days, PP was anti family.
Planned Parenthood employees are the stormtroopers in the Democrat’s WAR ON BABIES.
They can be educated, but they aren't the ones choosing to get pregnant. It may sound sexist, but guys can be pushy and it really is up to the girl to say no, or to insist on being responsible.
Guys dont care if their children are aborted.
That's a generalization. I have met guys who were horribly hurt by the fact that someone aborted their child. Other guys just don't care; they got what they wanted and have no consideration beyond that.
Half the babies aborted (well, 45%+) were conceived while the mother was using contraceptives.
The contraceptive attitude produces a seared conscence. It's an attitude that says
Once you've convinced yourself of that, than any pregnancy will strike you as an injustice and an imposition. "I did the responsiblee thing. I used a contraceptive. IT'S NOT FAIR!!!"
Abortion acceptance follows contraceptive acceptance as night follows day.
It may seem couneintuitive, but historically abortion rates rise AFTER the introduction of widespread contraception.
Thanks for posting this. Women don’t get pregnant by themselves. All the sex ed classes these days apparently aren’t driving that point home.
What percentage of women visiting abortion clinics are married women seeking to terminate a pregnancy? What percentage are single women?
“[guys] aren’t the ones choosing to get pregnant.”
Yes. I suppose this suggests they are animals with no thought or responsibility.
Well, that would be a problem.
“That’s a generalization. I have met guys who were horribly hurt by the fact that someone aborted their child”
It is a gerneralization. You are right. THere are certainly guys who are unhappy about it in a timely manner. The others will have to answer in any case and many before there’ll be time to repent. THey ARE responsible, no matter how this culture lets them off the hook.
I just think it’s 50-50, women vs men in the responsibility area.
Food is meant to be tasty and satisfying so the body can ingest nutrition for energy and the building of the individual body.
Sex is meant to be pleasant and satisfying so that a new life may be created and the human race may continue.
Contraception and abortion are to sex what bulimia is to food. They are destructive practices, not life-giving ones.
Sex is a powerful, life-giving force, but like fire it is a good servant and a poor master. Ripped out of its proper context of the family, it creates widespread destruction.
