That may be so in some cases. I happen to have several Tibetan characters tattooed on my person, however, I'm fully aware of their meaning. Anyone putting Asian characters on their body without knowing fully well what they mean, is an idiot.

Those are the ones who asked for the Kanji character for beauty and got "whore".

Not in this case. Anyone who can cite the call to prayer in perfect dialect and say it is the prettiest sound on earth damn sure knows what the islamic inscription on a ring means.

You're probably right. I'm sure it's just a coincidence that the ring he's been wearing his entire adult life has an inscription proclaiming Allah as the 'one god'.

I mean, his middle name is Hussein, but so what? Just a coincidence.
