Well, it's going OK here in Oklahoma. I did get the updates for this month downloaded yesterday for both computers.

However, I did have to do a hard shutdown this morning on Windows 7 as it froze on me once again on Startup. Did run CHKDISK afterwards and everything turned out OK.

May get some rain Friday and Saturday. Crossing our fingers.

Hi Kathy,

My granddaughter, Megan (13 years old) will be having knee surgery on her right knee this coming Monday to repair the knee cap after she dislocated it during basketball tryouts on 09/13. They will start by scoping the knee, but her surgeon believes it will be necessary to expose the knee in order to make the repair. Additionally, she likely will have to have surgery on the left knee also. She was apparently born with an abnormality of both knee caps, where they are misaligned to the knee joint. This makes her prone to dislocation problems.

Please ping the prayer warriors for Megan. She has endured a lot of pain, and will be facing more. Plus, she's being bullied at school by kids who call her "cripple" and say she's faking her injury to avoid doing things. Kids can be cruel. Thank you in advance, SoldierDad

That’s gonna be a tough sell for a weekend trip.
I know she’d enjoy herself, but...

Maybe we can combine it with a trip to see family up in Keller, Tyler, and DeKalb.

WE have our family reunion in June, so that may be a conflict. My cousin and I are hosting it next year.
