soft skills, if these training programs work so good, how come the people that need them keep multiplying, what the hell are public schools for?
It’s all just refried socialist hash.
All 0bamunists I know agree with every word, including the false Jesus.
More than anything this video shows a most disingenuous Obama. Watching this then. White Obama intellectual tomorrow really reveals him. Undecideds will be turned off
Since we're talking about the activities in 2007 like this Hampton speech, did Wright also introduce him to a man named Donald Young? The media is sneaking up on the bigger story if they go just a little farther and connect just two more dots. Was Larry right?
Juan Williams on Hannity is expressing just the exact reaction I expect that the other 97% will cheer! No problem with Zero pandering in using the Black accent and cadence! Yeah for Zero!
RE: I met Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr., who took me on another journey and introduced me to a man named Jesus Christ. It was the best education I ever had.
Why should the above quote be controversial? Isn’t introducing people to Jesus Christ what Pastors do?
I like to read a quote that says — “I sat on the pews every Sunday listening to Rev. Wright preach, including his stirring sermon after 9/11.”
Now THAT would be controversial.
Other than #1, I fail to see how the rest of what he said will surprise anyone. we already know he’s a big government guy.
This is much ado about nothing IMHO.
All pacs have to do is show how he talks to whites and how he talks to blacks always tries to be funny and very simple with blacks. He makes jokes and studders for some reason but with whites he is from Haawvard. Don’t you know!
Are you kidding? What about the claim that Hurrican Andrew and 9/11 victims got better treatment than Katrina victims because more Katrina victims were black?
Apart from the call for expensive new government programs, I don’t see anything deemed controversial. Wright was a pastor. If he introduced Christ to Obama, even if their understanding of Christ might be different from mine, I cannot call it controversial.
I do not think there is much in the way of controversy here at all.
We need a good commercial that shows this video and his shuddering at Nc. Then contrast how he speaks to the white base. I swear I saw him in a checker shirt and Michelle in gingham going to WI. Wow. Who are they?
There is nothing in those lines that will get obama-supporters upset. Independents probably won’t find them that unusual either.
This is no story with teeth there.
In sum, those who’d have problems with his words in this instance are already not supporting him.
The 0bama at Hampton sounds different from 0bama in The Hamptons.
Lets hear the quotes that rush picks out for the show tomorrow.
The NRO is a pretty wimpy rag - I wouldn’t be surprised if they cherry picked to find the least offending quotes Obama said.
Big yawn. Saw most of this in 2008.
I must be missing something, because if my take on libs is close to accurate, those quotes should do more to add to his support, not take support away.
Nice of Fox to rerun campaign material for obama like that. I bet they donate a lot of cash to his campaign, too. No wonder. It's easier to be a "journalist" when your stories are already written for you.
That ain't workin', that's the way you do it
Money for nothin' and your chicks for free
Now that ain't workin',
If Jeramiah Wright introduced Barack Hussein to Christ at such a late age what did he believe up until then and did it involve the use of a prayer rug. Unfortunately the majority of blacks in America will slap him on the back and approve of his use of ebonics in this speech. Much like the way they patted Bill Clinton on the back and celebrated him when he was Gettin Some.
None of these quotes sound controversial, really, and could have been said by a (not too conservative) Republican.
