TOPEKA The State Objections Board brought the issue of President Barack Obamas eligibility to be on Kansas ballots to a swift end Monday morning.
After accepting several records related to Obamas birth in Hawaii, Mark Dugan, Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyers chief of staff, moved to overrule the objection and close the boards meeting.
The boards unanimous vote brings an end to an objection raised by Manhattan resident Joe Montgomery, who said Obama shouldnt be on Kansas ballots and isnt qualified to be president because his parents were not both born in the United States.

The whole process is corrupted.
Apparently, Americans want quasi-democracy ruled by a smiling dictator..???
Just keep the “freebies” coming says our future peasant class.
Hey State Objections Board ......how much do you cost?
...The night Obama burned the Reichstag down ...We will have these moments to remember |
When is Susan Daniels’ case coming up?

I think it’s funny that this guy spent years of his life on higher education, law school, teaching law, and then elected office just to throw “all that learnin’ away” by using his “belief” as some sort of legal proof.
Dude, you could have skipped all that work at law school and just cut to the chase...your beliefs trump any true legal analysis or documents.
Obama just threw all your hard work under the bus. LOL
I tell ya, I never cease to be amazed at what people won’t sacrifice for King Putt.
“Secretary Kobach received his bachelor of arts degree with highest distinction from Harvard University in 1988. He graduated at the top of his class in the Harvard Government Department. In 1988, the British government awarded him a Marshall Scholarship, which took him to England for post-graduate study. In 1992 he received his doctorate in Political Science from Oxford University. In 1995 he received his J.D. from Yale Law School. While at Yale, he taught undergraduates in the Yale Political Science Department, and in 1994 he won the Prize Teaching Fellowship, an award based on student nominations and faculty review. He also served as notes development editor on the Yale Law Journal.”
That settles nothing if all he looked as was something "related" to the birth and not the real bc. Orly should have given them a copy of the SR511 committee paper on McCain's vetting that Obama signed stating that the concensus was the definition of NBC also included TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS.
Do *they* put *something* in their water ? I mean, how hard would that be - hmmmmm
Did get to wondering about that after benedict roberts fiasco.
Or then there are the little tiny chips - now apparently one can even *inhale* them - unwittingly.
Or fluoride - in the water, toothpaste etc. Heard that the Nazi guys developed that, the Russians got it, and we brought those Nazi scientists over here - hmmm (affects the mental facilities)
Did I hear Valerie Jarret-Mr Pres is a doctor?
I dont know but the susan daniels affidavit is a completely differ issue than the BC.. It is a Idenity theft issue and according to the laws she states in the affidavit, she should have standing— I’d like to know how that one turns out
Original objector to Obamas candidacy Joseph Montgomery withdrew his objection under duress. It was widely published that he was under duress. He, his family and co-workers were harassed with e-mails and phone calls.
Wouldn't wanna dis the “Native son and daughter” of the state of Kansas now, would we...hope the folks from Kansas are in no way proud of spawning these three pieces of socialist scum.
I guess you don’t where Romney’s grandparents were born.
I take this as just another case where elected or appointed government people can do/will do whatever suits their fancy. Been there inside and out. Once in power all people are potential products to be bought by specific interests.
Doesn’t really matter. He’ll lose Kansas but having him missing from the ballot would have hurt the Dems down ballot.
Someone, probably the Romney campaign since he's an advisor for them on immigration, likely told him to drop it before the ridicule got too loud.
He's Too Black to Fail.
Isn’t Joe Montgomery our own edge919?
“He’s Too Black to Fail.”
Ya got that right!
And, I don’t care what anyone says, I see a very bright future for Kobach and panel in Barack The Magic Negro’s coming dictatorship.
They’ve excelled quite nicely in our current oligarchy.
The original posted contention states here that Obama should not be on the ballot because both his parents were not born here. Since Romney’s dad was born in Mexico, this makes no sense to me.
Grandparents have whay to do with it?
