Obama said the new Muslim Brotherhood leadership in Egypt was still trying to find its way. They were democratically elected. Hahahaha! He such a comic!

Is the Pope Catholic? As soon as Obama backed the ouster of Hosni Mubarak, I knew we had another Carter-like catastrophe signed, sealed, and delivered(and I was convinced this was coming long before that).

You know, in the old days, you could say that Scoop Jackson and Sam Nunn and a few others were Democrats, but they at least had a brain and cared about the country. Now, is there one, just one Democrat who isn’t a stupid, self-serving dipstick?

Tacit means "understood or implied without being stated." He said it right out loud.

Spokesman Sez....
President Barack Obama didn’t intend to signal any change in the U.S.-Egypt relationship last night when he said Egypt is not an “ally,” the White House told The Cable today....
I think folks are reading way too much into this,” Vietor said. “Ally’ is a legal term of art. We don’t have a mutual defense treaty with Egypt like we do with our NATO allies. But as the president has said, Egypt is longstanding and close partner of the United States, and we have built on that foundation by supporting Egypt’s transition to democracy and working with the new government.” ...
Amazing, OBozo steps in Camel Dung without even trying...

Is this before or after we sent them another $1 BILLION ???
To: tsowellfan
No. The US will continue to send money to Egypt. That’s the difference.

Allies are countries you can count on for support, political and otherwise. Allies don’t sit back and say nothing when their mob trashes our embassy. In that, Obama is correct in questioning if Egypt is an ally. On the other hand, it makes no sense to hand out billions in aide to a country that you say is no longer your ally. And Obama’s said that the aid will continue to flow.
