I have been communicating with the intrepid Ohio private investigator, Susan Daniels, for some time. A few weeks ago, I got to meet Daniels. She is smart and sincere, and she understands her subject matter thoroughly. The left-wing "rebuttals" of her data, to this point, have ranged from the inept to the absurd.
More to the point, Daniels has information that the Romney campaign needs to know and needs to talk about: President Barack Obama has apparently been using a fraudulent Social Security number for the last 25 years. On July 2 of this year, Daniels filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama's name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security number.
Husted has responded by seeking to dismiss Daniels' complaint, claiming that it has no basis in law. Daniels fired back that President Barack Obama has violated Ohio's identity theft statute that "expressly prohibits the use of another's 'personal identifying information' and expressly lists the use of another's 'Social Security number' as prohibited." She did not expect much out of Husted, and her expectations appear to have been met.
Friday, Daniels took another tack. She filed a sworn affidavit under Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 2935.09, which allows a private citizen "having knowledge of the facts" to request prosecution or arrest of an individual who has committed a crime. The affidavit makes the case clearly. I would strongly recommend that readers forward this to conservatives of influence and demand that they take it seriously. I'm also curious about what his 54 CZARS are up to, and what the budget is for all of them, their staffs and their travels.
1) If Time is going to ask him about it, it’ll be a pre-planned suckup piece.
2) The Obama administration can easily place enough pressure on the legal system behind the scenes to stop this from going anywhere. His birth certificate is a bigger deal, but we can see what happened to that.
3) The Obama campaign will have no trouble ridiculing this (with help from the MSM of course) and making the general public think it’s just another crazy kooky tin-foil hat theory. All they have to do is act exasperated, crack some jokes, maybe come up with a nickname along the lines of “Birthers,” and the issue will become so radioactive no one can use it politically. The Obama PR machine is stellar at handling this sort of thing now.

I’m printing the article and sending it to Romney campaign. If enough of us do it, it might get their attention. They “can’t” bring it up but surely their are surrogates.

The only way to remove a sitting president is via impeachment. Impeachment will never get through the senate.
None of these challenges will go anywhere. There was more than enough evidence prior to the last election that BO is a fraud.
I find it astounding that we have a sitting president with so many unanswered questions about his real identity and background, and the mass media has absolutely no interest in any of these persistent mysteries.
But Romney’s past tax returns are a pressing concern and MUST be investigated thoroughly!

Obama beat the most ruthless campaign team in political history, one that would not have hesitated for one second to throw the dirt on him if they could back it up. If the Clintons couldn’t exploit the birth certificate or SS number issues what do you think the odds are of a puff-piece campaigner like Romney can exploit it? Romney is only capable of tossing dirt on fellow republicans, especially if they are Conservative.
Does Romney need to address this? No.
One of the Super-pacs should. Then Romney should refuse to denounce the super-PAC. He can just say something like 0bama’s life should be an open book.

First excuse is the name of the person the SSN was issued to . a Frencman is not the same SSN 0dumbo is using

and then the best one is since 0dumbo is left handed he must have written his return zip code is such a way that it appeared to be a 0 ( conn) instead of a 9 ( HI )
but luckliy even though the SSN people entered it as Honolulu Conn zip 0xxxxx
the Post office, in sending the ssn card to 0dumbo figured out it was really HI so sent it to him

I have to laugh about all these new "revelations". They will never go anywhere. Even if Obama is using the SS # of a guy he personally murdered, it will never go anywhere.

Nothing will ever happen unless Congress gets involved in establishing Obama’s true identity by officially vetting him.
This will not happen because the decision seems to have been made to sacrifice the future of an entire nation in favor of protecting one individual.

Didn’t Sheriff Joe hint he had something else that he was holding back? I thought it must be the SS deal.
Since then, I read somewhere that Catholic Charities had assigned BO a SS when he arrived in Hawaii and they were based in Conn.
