Let's see, I work in a noncompetitive job, can't get fired except under extreme circumstances, get raises regardless of my performance, am not held responsible for the performance of my students, have an exceptional vacation and retirement policy, and yet it's not enough. Never mind that my neighbor lost his job, hasn't had a raise in years, or, if a business owner, has lost or risked everything to make a living, they should all pay more to enable me to have more. Yes, the fairness of public service unions continues to boggle my mind. I watched these “concerned” teachers on TV in their “near riot” mode and couldn't help but think how unfortunate the students were to have these losers (with apologies to the few dedicated and sincere teachers) as teachers and wonder what they are teaching our youth. If leading by example, we're in a heap of trouble, especially if they represent more than Chicago.

What about the children?

They'll be in the streets.

Which in Chicago, is effectively tossing them into a meat grinder. Think of it as "retroactive abortion", that helps the liberals sleep at night...

*gag*

GOP needs to demonize him and every other phony and petty tyrant in this Administration. Undermine BHO’s good guy image: look who he surrounds himself with.

Another attempt to establish mob rule by the Chicago Teachers Union "Union of Organized Socialist Moochers".

Teachers’ unions care more about themselves than the children taxpayers are paying them to teach. This will be a great lesson for husseins voting base in chicago—the city of family values.

What about the children?

Children don't pay union dues.
