Does this idiot want to win or not. Sounds to me like he's ready to vote for Obama. He was viciously attacked by Obama and Clinton, and so was Paul Ryan. Instead of standing up for himself and calling Clinton a lying opportunist, that inspite of what he says about Obama, really despises him, instead says Clinton is the greatest thing since peanut butter. Willard is on the take for Obama, the exact same way McAmnesty was. Why should anyone get excited over this character? He wants to lose.

Fokk! I feel like I’m living is a parallel universe where both candidates are trying to lose. Zero has his people deny God 3 times in the most public way and then Wrongney heaps praise on the rapist that’s supporting his opponent.

As Jim Traficant used to say “Beam me up!”

I guess whoever wins in November, it won’t be the American people.

I was going to hold my nose and reluctantly vote for Wrongney but now I’m seriously tempted to skip it and just drink heavily instead. Wrongney has to do a lot of work in the next 2 months to try to earn my vote back. I went from hating him to only sort-of-disliking him to hating him again.

Why do so many politicians suck?!?

Mitt Romney says Bill Clinton's speech to the Democratic National Convention "really did elevate" that gathering...

I view that as "damning with faint praise".

He can only cast one vote. What are you talking about?

This is why its so important to put good solid conservatives in the house and senate.

You know the DNC is in the sewer when they need the impeached Slick Willie to “elevate” them.

Rather than point out the hypocracy of the RATs claiming the Repubs have a “war on women” while having a sexual harasser, serial adulterer, perjurer, and probable rapist give a key speech at their convention, he goes out of his way to compliment the biggest sc*mbag in politics.

I also can’t see a problem with this. Compared to the other commies who spoke at the convention, Clinton was a slight improvement. I’d take two hours of Bill over ten minutes of Fluke or Warren.

You have to understand that Romney IS Bill Clinton. Politically, these are the exact same people in their beliefs and tactics. They are both thoroughly dishonest and have absolutely no principles they won't sacrifice if they think it will help them politically. So it's not surprising he'd praise them. What remains surprising is that the primary voters picked this barf bucket over Newt Gingrich, a brilliant, truly conservative candidate and a fearless campaigner with a track record of success.

I’m following the self-appointed experts on Twitter (Goldberg, York, etc). And basically the Romney strategy for the fall is to persuade undecided (’08 Obama) voters and not make them feel stupid (for voting for the marxist).

It’s a risky strategy and has the potential to turn off the base as much as it lures squishy indies. I am not convinced at all that this will work. By not attacking Obama you allow him to become the nice guy who is given a couple extra swings at the ball - and maybe four more years. It’s the exact opposite of the Tea Party ‘10 strategy to frame Obama as a far left ideologue, which worked.

I don’t like Clinton, but its’ a smart play to divide their base!

Do you have a clue that one of either Obama or Romney will be elected on election day? If that is understood, HOW STUPID AND CLUELESS CAN YOU BE TO BE BASHING THE ONLY PERSON WITH ANY CHANCE OF DEFEATING THE MARXIST?! WHAT A CLUELESS IDIOT YOU ARE@!

Think about this: four years ago, Obama was the flavor of the month. Now Clinton is. What does that tell you about Obama?

Romney’s right - and there’s nothing wrong with admitting the truth. But Bill Clinton isn’t running for president. And yesterday’s job numbers prove that Obama ain’t Clinton.

He’s right. Clinton would easily beat any candidate for a 3rd term if so allowed.

What he should have said was “he gave a well-delivered speech. But unfortunately much of what he delivered was simply not true, such as regarding the president and his party raiding Medicare to pay for his government-run healthcare scheme, and the president’s shameful dismantling of welfare reform”.

Apparently, he does not want to win. This is about the stage where Rinos decide to be good troopers and go down gracefully. Dole, McCain, and now Romney? Third term? The country was so Clinton-fatigued that in the midst of a huge economic boom, Clinton's VP lost to a pinhead.

Romney and Clinton were more or less the same ideologically during the '90s, so it's not surprising that Romney says good things about him. After all, Clinton isn't a conservative and this is not a primary.
