'For any party official to do so would be to perjure him or herself'
A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obamas eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.
The letter from Larry Klayman explains thats because those officials simply cannot know Obamas eligibility for sure, and the law doesnt allow them to make assumptions.
In his letter to Robert Bauer, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, Klayman explained that the evidence shows no one knows for sure about Obamas eligibility, so letters from the DNC to states about Obamas 2012 candidacy may be problematic.
There is therefore no longer any state or national official in the Democratic Party who can escape legal responsibility for ignoring the proof herein provided, and a plea of ignorance of the facts will no longer be possible...

Something like that is exactly what I’m hoping for. But the Soros people are onto me and I am very tired. I need some smart, committed, connected person or group to take up the baton. Not necessarily through court action, because the courts have all betrayed us. But the elections system goes all the way down to precincts, like you say. And law enforcement goes all the way down too. And that’s where the real action will happen, if we are to get the rule of law back without a revolution. Soros can’t threaten or bribe every local sheriff in the country.
On the AG contact list I think it was Oklahoma that didn’t give any way of contacting the AG; they said you have to go through your local people. So do it, guys. Have them send it on up through the system and let the people in their well-protected political houses realize that there are still peons down here who are paying attention, and we are NOT without defense.
We have all the legal ammunition we need, we just need to wield it.
Understood!
All we need is one AG and SOS who do the right thing, to expose the criminality - and I mean that literally - of all the other 49.
We don’t just need a different President. We need to recapture the rule of law. The only way this system allows that to happen without a revolution is if the little people burn up the phone lines and let these people know that we are taking down notes and saving all the legal evidence so that when Eric Holder is no longer guarding the henhouse we’re going to get some housecleaning done.
Thank you.
In a private letter it was suggested what was needed was a package including:
A simple one page cover letter which would include 3 main points informing the reader what is the nature and significance of the eligibility issue for Fall 2012.
Citations from about 6 supporting documents from official sources (including the DNC Chairman Antonio Villaraigosa’s “eligibility letter” contrasted with some results from others like Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case posse or factual findings of relevant election statutes and relevant court cases).
An action statement saying in a sentence or two what it is that a local election board is being asked to do (such as contacting their state’s Attorney General office to request an timely legal inquiry by an independent non-partisan official or panel).
I can understand if at the moment it’s hard to see the forest for all the trees, but to wrap up your efforts to date: Could you boil down the results of your research into
something informative and yet concise enough for a layman to read and take motivation from?
My suggestion is to focus efforts in key battleground states with a friendly Secretary of State or Attorney General.
Media reporting on questions of Obama’s eligibility for the ballot in places like Ohio, Virginia or Florida, carry more weight than cant-lose jurisdictions like New York state or California.
Or, the effort could start in friendly Oklahoma or Alabama, then spread elsewhere too.
Good letter. BTTT.
That’s why there is no progress in the eligibility investigation.
Too many people on either side of the political aisle will end up in orange jumpsuits if it is determined that Bambi is a fraud.
They’re all too busy covering each other’s backsides.
Read my tagline.

*** END ***
Yes, I agree that should be a paramount objective. But you can't do that by petitioning officeholders who you know in advance will merely ignore your sound facts and reasoning, no explanation given, because they don't want to make waves. Gathering and saving the evidence is fine, but you need to work at the grassroots to get honorable people to replace them in these offices in order for the legal system to work so that the guilty may be punished.
Yes, we definitely need to replace them. But if we don’t let all of them know that we can still hold them accountable BETWEEN ELECTIONS, elections will always just be a matter of choosing somebody else to be corrupted by absolute power and screw us.
The problem has always been the years between elections. The politicians tell us what we want to hear in order to get elected and then they go do their own thing in the corrupt places of the world. Even the ones that start out decent soon smell like DC. That’s what we’re up against. They need to learn that they are riding a tiger, even when there isn’t an imminent election. We need to have the REAL ability to prosecute crimes against us.
Give up the US Constitution? I DON'T think so.
I'm writing in the interest of preserving the integrity of the election process and to enlist your help in making sure our state ballots are in complete compliance with the Constitution of the United States. Despite popular misconceptions reported in the media, the U.S. Supreme Court has consistently ruled that the eligibility requirement for the office of president requires persons to be born in this country to parents who are both U.S. citizens. This definition was established in the landmark ruling, Minor v. Happersett in 1875: all children born in the country to parents who are its citizens. These are the natives or natural-born citizens.
There is legal confusion that a subsequent ruling, U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) somehow changed the definition of natural-born citizen so as to apply to anyone and everyone who is born in the U.S. without regard to the citizenship of the parents. This is simply not true. That decision, while establishing such a definition for 14th amendment citizenship at birth, made a clear distinction in adhering to and by affirming the Minor ruling in saying that the Constution does not say who shall be natural-born citizens. This means that the 14th amendment does not define natural-born citizenship.
There is further unanimous legal precedent that Minor v. Happersett and not U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark defines natural-born citizenship and presidential eligibility. This precedent is in the 1913 ruling, Luria v. United States, when the court exclusively cited Minor, with no mention of the Wong Kim Ark ruling.
Under our Constitution, a naturalized citizen stands on an equal footing with the native citizen in all respects save that of eligibility to the Presidency. Minor v. Happersett, 21 Wall. 162, 88 U. S. 165; Elk v. Wilkins, 112 U. S. 94, 112 U. S. 101; Osborn v. Bank of United States, 9 Wheat. 738, 22 U. S. 827.
In each of these Supreme Court decisions, as well as variety of others such as The Venus, Shanks v. Dupont, Ex Parte Reynolds, Perkins v. Elg; all natural citizenship at birth is due strictly to birth on U.S. soil to citizen parents. The 14th amendment does not redefine this type of citizenship, and it cannot do so because naturalized citizens have all the same rights as 14th amendment birth citizens through the equal protection clause. This is why Luria did NOT cite Wong Kim Ark to define presidential eligibility. To do so would have meant that naturalized citizens would be eligible for president. Instead, this ruling affirms that the criteria natural-born citizenship for presidential eligibility is defined outside of the 14th amendment and outside of the Constitution. Instead, it falls under the Law of Nations rule of native citizenship (as cited in The Venus decision and others), which is due to birth within a country to parents who are citizens. Our nation's founders wanted to prevent our president from having any citizenship conflicts due to parents who were not citizens and who did not intend to become citizens.
Barack Hussein Obama II was not born to a citizen father. His father was never even admitted to this country as a resident alien. He retained his British and Kenyan citizenship and passed them onto his son. Despite several lawsuits challenging Mr. Obama's Constitutional eligibility and place of birth, Mr. Obama has failed to provide any valid, certified documentary evidence to legally establish birth in this country, much less to citizen parents. We have a longstanding legal precedent through the U.S. Supreme Court, which is our nation's highest judicial authority. Under the court's definition, Barack Obama is not Constitutionally eligible for the office of president. The appearance of his name on any ballot is unconstitutional and illegitimate. Please remove his name from any ballots and ensure that any votes cast for this candidate, by the voters or the electoral college, are not counted.
br
Just sent this to our Idaho AG:
Dear Mr. Wasden,
Since nearly everyone who has examined Obama's various birth certificates and determined they are fraudulent, how can Obama be on our Idaho State Ballot?
Please review and verify the following:
http://www.wnd.com/files/2012/09/BauerLetter.pdf
http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2012/06/bennett-request-and-response.pdf
Please thoroughly review the letter from Larry Klayman. I think his letter says it all. Obama is not above the law. . or is he in Idaho?
Thank you for your review and consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
The opening paragraph is well stated, although it needs another sentence reminding the recipient that confirmation of all candidates’ eligibility is their official responsibility.
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th paragraphs are better clarified as footnotes on a separate page, as they deviate from the intent of the letter (a call to action) into definition of legal terms. Brevity is your friend, as few people want to delve deep into what on first impression looks like a wall of text laden with obscure issues (especially when a mere “citizen” is asking for their attention).
The 5th paragraph stating why BO is not eligible, should instead immediately follow the first paragraph.
Then add a final paragraph, referencing supporting documents and directing recipients on what actions you want them to take, and wrap the letter up with a brief statement of the importance of taking immediate action combined with a courteous salutation.

he. Ight get away with this all, but one day there will be some book. “The Illegal President” or some such. Everyone will be crowing away on every show, “AND HE FOOLED EVERY AMERICAN”. “NO ONE HAD ANY IDEA”
And it’s all BS! We have k own he wasn’t eligible, or that there were Huge Questions, before he won in 2008! This has been as “open” as glasnost!
