A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.
The letter from Larry Klayman explains that’s because those officials simply cannot know Obama’s eligibility for sure, and the law doesn’t allow them to make assumptions.
In his letter to Robert Bauer, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, Klayman explained that the evidence shows no one knows for sure about Obama’s eligibility, so letters from the DNC to states about Obama’s 2012 candidacy may be problematic.
“There is therefore no longer any state or national official in the Democratic Party who can escape legal responsibility for ignoring the proof herein provided, and a plea of ignorance of the facts will no longer be possible...

We should ask to see the evidence used for certification for both Romney and Obama. Klayman should sue both RNC and DNC to show the qualifying documents for each.
Asking a “demand” of a government agency is the surest way to waste your time.
Providing relevant documents in an organized manner, then taking action through other related agencies has a percentage of return on the investment of your efforts.
Evidence could be circulated to hundreds of local election boards of rural cities or counties within the state of New York where Republicans hold a majority, combined with a form letter for them to submit to the office of State Attorney General Schneiderman, for example.
This process could be repeated in additional states, where the same nomination letters reach and where there are collectively tens of thousands of election oversight officials spread out all over the country.
Should an effort go “viral” then politicians and the courts may be forced to act.
The quickest way, drag the RNC into it.
They will dump all documents to show Romney is qualified. DNC will stonewall, and that will be all we need. On its face, evidence of fraud, hiding what you should be proud to show.
Oh, yeah, as if Antonio Villaraigosa knows the truth when he hears it. He was so honest with the DNC 2/3rds vote, I'm certain he's done the same with the vetting.
Yes, it's both sides in this mess. I blame the GOP more because they were supposed to be on our side.
I called Judical Watch yesterday and asked for their definition of “Natural Born Citizen.” The person answering the call said that their experts have looked into Obama’s eligibility and found noting wrong. She also suggested that anyone born in the country is a citizen. When I explained why that answer is immaterial and that “citizen” is not the same as NBC, my call was diverted to voice mail.
The level of ignornace on this subject is astonishing.

There’s the proof of election fraud and subornation of both perjury and election fraud by Robert Bauer.
Law enforcement, time to round this guy up.
If he does this in 50 states he should have 100 counts against him by the time he’s done. And I do mean done.
BTW, the New York Secretary of State’s representative, Patricia O’Brien, signed for receiving SOS Cesar Perales’ letter from Larry Klayman so that it came in the same batch of mail as the ones postmarked Sept 4. It looks like almost all of the SOS’s received their letters on Sept 4 or 5.
All the SOS’s return receipts have come back except Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, New Mexico, South Carolina, and Washington.
Bauer is trying to shift the legal responsibility to somebody else, in order to not have to actually perjure HIMSELF by answering questions from these people.
Heck, yeah, we need to let Kip Wainscott know this stuff, because even though he is not the one who certified Obama’s eligibility or candidacy for the DNC, Bauer is trying to make him the legal spokesman.
IOW, BAUER KNOWS THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO PERJURE H*I*M*S*E*L*F TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS. WE NEED TO HAVE THE SOS’S AND AG’S CONTACT BOB BAUER DIRECTLY. HE’S NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO WORM HIS WAY OUT OF THIS!!!!
I consider this an admission of guilt on the part of Bob Bauer. He’s going to try to claim that he didn’t counsel these people to commit this perjury and election fraud.
The guy is a douche in the 100th degree. He left as Obama’s counsel in order to try to avoid a SHTF scenario. Now he’s trying to pass it all back onto the guy who is counsel for Obama. But it is the DNC which files the legal documents to get Obama on the ballot. Bauer ran from the frying pan directly into the fire. And we are going to hold him to that fire!!!
Burn down the phone, email, and post office lines, people. Bob Bauer can run, but he CAN’T HIDE!!!
Time for everybody to flood the NY AG’s office with reports of substantiated subornation of perjury and election fraud committed by Bob Bauer and perjury and election fraud committed by Alice Travis Germond and Antonio Villaigarosa.
From a strictly legal viewpoint, you may have something there, butterdezillion.
But practically speaking, there is no way in hell that the Democrat AG in NY would do anything about such a complaint (BTW, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for GOP AGs in other states to prosecute any of the characters you mentioned for perjury). It's just not going to happen, so you are better off seeing to it that Obama is defeated at the polls in November rather than contacting the NY AG and/or the NY SOS.
