It told me the Taj Mahal. I like lighthouses more, specifically the NC Outer Banks lighthouses. I have visited the following:

Assateague Island (in Virginia)
Old Point Comfort (in Hampton Virginia)
Cape Henry (in Virginia)
Currituck Beach
Bodie Island
Cape Hatteras
Okracoke
Cape Lookout (which is only accessible by boat)

My favorite is the black and white diamonds of Cape Lookout. Used to go fishing there with my Dad a lot.

You have a vivid imagination, and it's so deep that it's hard to express with words.

Very interesting. I wouldn't have picked that as a vacation choice.

so I'm going to get out early for a quick walk.

I grew up there......family (Dad’s side) has been in that area since about 1720. I left in 1978 to join the Navy, ended up settling in Norfolk VA.

I have to work the late shift today.

Hubby and I went to Kill Devil Hills a couple years back. Only a couple of days but would love to go back again soon..but every day life gets in the way.
