CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Training at Camp Lejeune Thursday looked and felt real -- and that was the point. Law officers and marines from across the country ended their training with a bang.
Thursday was the final day of exercises for law enforcement and marines who have gone through special reaction team training at Camp Lejeune for the past three weeks. In the final exercise, teams were presented with a series of real life scenarios as well as hands on instruction to handle them correctly.
Brian Dye, Operations Chief of I&I in Lexington, Kentucky says training civilians as a blended force with Marine Corps personnel eases the transition into a real world scenario.
"I think it's always good when you get an opportunity to work on some similar tactics and procedures so that everybody's kind of operating on the same page. That way when you bring teams together from active duty and the civilian side, it makes the integration a whole lot smoother."
The tactics trainees take away from this course just may help save lives. This three week SRT training course is phase one for law enforcement and Marine Corps personnel. Phase two will focus on sniper and designated marksmanship training.

What "INTEGRATION?" What the hell is going on in America? Is it related to the billion hollowpoint bullets the DHS is buying?
"Phase two will focus on sniper and designated marksmanship training."
Oh, joy! Welcome to the USSA, comrades!
The White House (Moslem Caliphate) has ordered
the hollow point bullets to murder Americans who
are loyal to the Constitution over the Caliphate.

What is I&I, as in “Brian Dye, Operations Chief of I&I”?
Good find.
Beats me. Intelligence and Interrogation? That will do unless we know otherwise.
Quisling bastards.
"HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!"
I have actually never read the Posse Commitatus act so I could be wrong. Anyway it has not prevented Presidents from using the military as police inside the country.
Eisenhower used Federal Troops to integrate Central High in Little Rock, and Truman had the Army take over the trains, Also Reagan had military air controllers take over air traffic control.
I suspect some of it was illegal but like I say, I am not an expert on that law.
WHO YOU CALLING A PUSSY COMMUNIST??!!!
No, these are intentional “public reaction probes.” The release of the info on the billion bullets, all of it.
It’s designed to test when folks will say, ENOUGH.
And if folks stuidly react with violence, it gives them the pretext to ramp up reactions to the “outbreak of domestic terror.”
Perhaps Internment and Indoctrination?
The FedGov has basically annexed local police deprtments through training and grants for equipment, under the aegis of DHS.
Check out the influence if NHTSA also.
The Marine Corps was never subject tp Posse Comitatus. They are a naval force subject to Admiralty jurisdiction ... since 10 November, 1775.
Since when does the Muslim in Chief pay attention to the Constitution? If Obama wins he will continue his work to “transform” America...if he looses Barry will blame racist tea partiers and keep the results tied up in liberal courts long enough to subdue the rest of us.
Posse Comitatus applies only to the Army, not the Navy (and by extension, the Marines).
Supposedly, the Navy and Marines are in practice included in Posse Comitatus by DOD Regulation.

I’m not taking any comfort from the fact that this doesn’t sound like a Posse Comitatus violation.
Lawyerly wonking of the legalisms of the PCA doesn’t diminish the fact that the guy said we’re integrating the operational capabilities of the military and civilian police, with an eye toward conducting joint ops.
That should not be happening in the USA. The USSA, maybe.
I don’t hear any republicans complaining either.
Martial law will be implemented very soon. Especially if Israel hits Iran. Netanyahou thinks obama will have to come to their aid in order to win the election. If that doesn’t happen some other excuse will be used.
And for those who think our soldiers won’t fire on civilians, will civilians fire on our soldiers?
The LAPD SWAT trained the Marines out in California all the time. The reason; LAPD had more urban combat experience. One reason the Marines went back to the 1911 .45 was the LAPD SWAT used it. This has been going on for some time.
FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. (Army News Service, Sept. 20, 2007) - Fifty years ago the 101st Airborne Division entered Little Rock, Ark., on orders of the president of the United States. The mission: to uphold a Supreme Court ruling to integrate public schools.
We used to prefer paratroopers.
Federal Troops would NEVER fire on their countrymen.
Opps, Maybe they would...
