Obama's fundraising off Romney's "radical" associations is an example of either chutzpah he will get away with or hubris that will come back to haunt him by inviting scrutiny of Obama's closeness with terrorists who appear with him in the suppressed Los Angeles Times video of a 2003 anti-Israel gathering -- former PLO operative Rashid Khalidi (who dedicated a book to Palestinian murderer Yasser Arafat), Bill Ayers (who dedicated a book to Palestinian murderer Sirhan Sirhan), and Bernardine Dohrn..
The guest list also included Ali Abunimah, a close Obama ally who founded the Electronic Intifada website in 2001 (surely Obama realized that the word "intifada" is synonymous with suicide bombings) and the Sanabel debka troupe. Columnist Debbie Schlussel reported that she witnessed a performance of this Palestinian children's dance group that included "simulating beheadings and stomping on American, Israeli, and British flags." (Did they let the children use real swords when they acted out the beheadings? Maybe we'll find out when this comes up in the debates.)
What kind of presidential candidate participates in such an event? One who is "out of touch with most Americans' values" and "fully embraced extremism" -- phrases the Obama team uses to describe Paul Ryan and the Tea Party, while the president's own indoctrination by terrorists goes unmentioned. The disturbing unspoken truth is that if Romney relentlessly attacked Santorum and Gingrich on their worst vulnerabilities yet declines to do the same to Obama, he is succumbing to racial bullying, just as John McCain and even the Clintons did on their way to defeat.

No. Romney is an Arabist and would not want to do anything to discomfit Arabs or Moslems. He has a hard enough time saying unpleasant things about the kenyan, but I guess that is redundant.
This would be the most exciting election, not to mention that it IS the most important election in our lifetime.. if we only had a candidate! Newt Gingrich would have obama against the ropes already. He would be demanding obama to explain his connections with terrorist bombers, radical islamists, communist mentors, etc. It would be such an easy, fun campaign. Can you imagine obama asking Newt for his tax returns!! Newt would laugh in his face, while demanding obama’s papers!!
What we have is another Bob Dole, he didn’t want to win either. Ever since Reagan, our candidates have been consistently watered down, until the presumptive nominee for 2012 for the GOP looks pretty much like the nominee for the party of the donkey.
Newt was attacked here on FR for that sofa commercial with Nancy Pelosi.
Rick Santorum was attacked for endorsing Specter.
Rick Perry was attacked for his Texas drawl.
And on and on and on it went.
Romney is the nominee and, as per usual, the FR attack dogs (the same group of posters) go from thread to thread complaining that Romney is the candidate.
As I have stated before. If you’re not happy with Romney, look in the mirror for the reason why you have him. It’s not any sinister plot, YOU didn’t work hard enough for your candidate. I don’t get it. Some of you claim to be SO vocal and SO outspoken and SO invovled, yet....the only thing you can seem to do is complain on the internet that Romney is the nominee, your energy should have been focused on that mythical perfect conservative. In the case of some of you who just don’t want any candidate, you just want to complain about ANY republican candidate, carry on.
The rest of us will have their backs.

Do you really think a Rove-run PAC will have the stones to find and play such a video? Can it be leaked for a viral-go round only to be taken down by the Google-YouTube corporate protectors of The Won? Is Michelle Malkin a better bet to spread the word?
No; but Trump does. I can only hope what his convention “surprise” is.
