Americans Continue to Give Obama Low Marks on the Economy
Low rating on the economy may be more problematic than even lower deficit rating
PRINCETON, NJ -- Three months before the election, President Barack Obama gets good marks from Americans for his handling of terrorism, fair marks for education and foreign affairs, but poor marks on immigration and three big economic issues: the federal budget deficit, creating jobs, and the economy generally.

Per Jay Leno.... “Vice President Biden said that Romney’s economic policies were George Bush on steroids” as opposed to Obama’s policies, which are Jimmy Carter on Ambien.
Excellent commentary. Sad but true, and it appears to be getting worse. Just wait until the government tit dries up and the people are real hungry. Ouch!!!
In the course of history, tell me why government has to allow a raped woman to abort that baby? Much less pay for it and the doctors to do it?
Id rather pay 50 cents for a bullet and allow that woman a shot at her rapist. Thats the party that needs the severe punishment here. Let the baby live, do the blood test and make sure its the right guy, and then if it is, one bullet.

In the history of the world, men have not wanted to be saddled with other men’s children or for inferior children, therefore the rape/incest clause.
This is not “slaughter”. If he gets good marks in foreign policy, he can spin it. He has to get an F on everything for it to constitute “slaughter”.
Immigration: approve 38 disapprove 54.
As sickoflibs pointed out before, Obama’s amnesty skullduggery is likely to make some conservatives (and perhaps “independents”) show up who might have not voted for R otherwise.
However, I don’t trust R to maintain his anti-amnesty stance from the primaries if he is POTUS and trying to be reelected in 2016.
“terrorism and foreign affairs” ????!!!!
That’s a joke ?
The “arab spring”/islamist “spring” is a huge failure and even a fault
No one said she had to keep the baby. There’s always adoption.
Amen brother. A rape isnt made any better by a subsequent murder of a baby. And God is the one that put life in that baby, dont forget
Amen.
Lots of terrible things happen in this life which result in on-going physical and mental trauma. Rape falls into that category. The physical damage and pain and suffering of someone hit by a drunk driver, shot by a robber or falling off a ladder and breaking their back must be endured because there is no other option.
What is so different about pregnancy caused by rape that justifies the elimination of an innocent human life?
Remember the adoption option...Nobody is saying the family has to raise the baby. Adopt. Adopt.
Trolls always wake up when a national election is approaching.
If he has been established to be a career criminal, he should be IN PRISON, rather than on the outside raping 13-year olds who Planned Parenthood will NOT report to the authorities to see that the rapists are convicted of their crimes.
Assuming a D+8 sample... ‘nuff said.
No way is 2012 a D+anything turnout, except for vote fraud.
There are instances (as you see from above) where the taking of a human life is morally justifable. When a woman is inpregnated by forcible rape, the woman is just as much an "innocent victim" as the child. And given the extreme emotional damage done to a woman forced to carry a baby who was created through an act of violent violation (and the possible health consequences) she has, IMO, as much right to take that life to defend her own health and well-being as a homeowner has in killing an intruder into his own home. I also have no problem adding inpregnation as an aggravating factor in a rape and thereby moving it to a capital crime.
So, your whiny emotional excuse is that the physical and psycological damage done by a helpless unborn child to a raped woman is equivalent to a person who is willingly trying to kill you? Oh, and no, killing a person in self-defense or defense of your country is not murder. By trying to end your life or the lives of citizens of the country you are defending, that person has waived their right to life. You are simply assisting them.
If I understand correctly, you seem to be equating an innocent child in the womb with a housebreaker or an enemy soldier, as though that child was an active participant and therefore deserving of capital punishment.
That's like responding to a crime by shooting an innocent bystander in addition to the criminal.
Historically that has been dealt with through adoption, orphanages, accidents, or infanticide.
“...We are doomed.....”
Wow...just...wow...
“Doomed”????
Steady on there, mate...
Hoping you are being sarcastic, but the “/sarc” tag is glaringly missing.
Sorta reminds of that character Hudson in “Aliens” - “Why dontcha put HER in charge!!!??! We’re DOOMED, man..we’re DOOMED!!!”
“IT’S GAME OVER, MAAANN! GAME OVER!”
Obama came up with this executive amnesty action at this time for the sole reason of getting Hispanics to vote again (for him obviously). By making it so close to the election there is little chance that it will blow up with a illegal Willy Horton before then.
Suppose Romney gets elected:
1) He could legally pull all the records of all those that applied and use those to deport them.
2) Chances are he will not have the guts to do that and will instead just have immigration dept review the cases and keep most of them the same (Green cards)
3) States that give drivers licenses to these people will be in violation of the Dream Act
4) I imagine Romney will try some sort of amnesty move
Illegals that are brought here as minors will always be seen by most people as victims and they are (yet we don't have stiff penalties for those who bring them????) and that makes it hard to reverse this, regardless of the drawbacks of this policy that I need not list here.
What we really need is a independent Republican group hire someone with a Mexican accent to warn illegals that Obama is just setting a trap for them. Hey, this is not checkers.
