I used to live just below Carr Canyon and could see this from the living room window.
Sadly the work dried up and I had to leave.

Californians have moved in with all their real estate money and priced me out of the market.
Sigh....

You believe that your home should be your sanctuary. Life is stressful enough in the outside world. You take it easy when you're at home. It's the place where you feel like you can truly be yourself.
You are the type of person who has deep hobbies and interests. You treasure your alone time. You could spend all day at home if you had to. You always can find plenty to do around the house.
BUT...
Two thirds of my parents descendants were together this past weekend. With some cousins and aunts ands uncles and friends, we were 65. A close enough to home road house fed us and bedded us and gave us room to play. An absolutely wonderful time. Then my only brother spent two nights an days with me. He left for his home 1900 miles away after breakfast this morning and I miss him so much already...

Good evening, Ron C....now THAT looks like a comfy “room”.
