The Tax-Payer’s money belongs only to the Government Unions. Not to the people that pay the taxes.

A question : was the GI Bill unconstitutional if a vet used the money to attend Notre Dame? This issue should have been settled 65 years ago. One of these voucher schools should have the guts to say,”G ahead and sue!”

Our clients have directed us to take whatever means necessary to prevent the unconstitutional transfer of public money, wrote Brian Blackwell, of the firm Blackwell & Associates.Where in the hell does the Constitution say union teachers even have a right to WORK?

Opposition to voucher programs by teachers unions is nothing new across the United States, as the unions fight to keep taxpayer dollars in public schools and to keep unionized teachers in classrooms. However, the tactics of the Louisiana teachers union appears especially aggressive. Weve never seen anybody go after private schools like this, Susan Meyers, spokeswoman for the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice, said Monday. To actually intimidate, it borders on thuggery. In Louisiana you can right your child's private school education off on your taxes. The reason the teachers unions are fighting so hard is because the long term goal of Jindal and the State of Louisiana is to privatize public education.

Can you blame them?
Just imagine school vouchers. There will be mass layoffs of the incompetent, leave-no-child-behind, it-takes-a-village, “teachers” that pollute our education system.

They should counter sue under RICO. They do not want the kids to get a real education and on top of that they load themselves up at taxpayers expense.

Remember that the next time you meet a government teacher. This stuff happens because **TEACHERS** make it happen.
So?....Where are the good teachers protesting this? Hm?....Crickets! ( There are no “good” teachers. They are either evil, stupid, or useful idiots. )

Proof that Unions are communists inspired. And these teachers are teaching our children.

Although Louisiana law is unique in many areas, I just don’t see how the teachers’ union would have standing. Even if it did, I do not see how the schools receiving the vouchers in good faith can be the object of the suit.
It would be like Ralph Kramden’s union suing over subsidies for private taxi cabs.

This is one more example of why we need to get rid of the single payer socialized schooling industry and replace it with a free market capitalist system. It will be hard to get people give up having their lifestyle subsidized by this entitlement, but it needs to be done.
Socialized schooling was the nations biggest entitlement until Social Security caught up either last year or this year. Converting to a capitalist schooling system would go a long way toward balancing local and state budgets and set the precedence for eliminating other federal handouts.
