To: Blood of Tyrants

Although Louisiana law is unique in many areas, I just don’t see how the teachers’ union would have standing. Even if it did, I do not see how the schools receiving the vouchers in good faith can be the object of the suit.

It would be like Ralph Kramden’s union suing over subsidies for private taxi cabs.

scratchin my head, wondering the same thing...

it would seem that the union should be suing the state, as theyre the ones dispersing the cash...
