Should someone be fired from their job and threatened with violence, torture, even death because they have an opinion different than yours? Of course not. And yet, that is what Adam M. Smith of Arizona says happened to him.
Adam Smiths life has been turned upside-down in the 36 hours that followed his posting the video of his protest at Chick-fil-A, which involved letting a young, female employee at the drive-thru know what he thinks about the company. (You can watch the video here.)

Even posters on DU and Daily KOS are forced to pretend they’re outraged by Smith’s actions.
Did anyone take notice that this homo’s Facebook screen was created within hours of the incident?
More than likely, she was trying to gin up support from the massive homosexual presence on FB, increase her street cred, and get offers of “personal consolation”.
Thanks, I missed it the first time around.
It's more like 40% Conservative- 19% Liberal- 25% Conservatives who claim to be Moderate Because They're afraid to get ridiculed- 16% Liberals who Claim to be Moderate Because They Want To Hide Their True Intentions.
Problem is, Republicans believe the 40-40-20 they don't realize that, if they espouse true Conservative Values, they already win 60% of the vote.
Maybe Id have more compassion if Mr. Smith were a pimply-faced kid and not a fully grown adult probably physically male person?!
I think Dan Rather was the first casualty of the internet, on a specific issue, trumping the MSM. I think Kerry was the second.
Now that youtube is a force to be reckoned with, I think the meanness of liberalism is on display for everyone to see. I think it will hurt them badly. And using their own words and actions. Just compare them to the conservative equivalent.
His real crime was that he believed that his intolerance was superior to the beliefs of others. IOW he occupied the moral high ground therefore he was entitled to do anything he wanted. His actions benefited others who were less willing to take action.
He was the guy in the 50’s on the bus saying “This bus doesn’t move until that black man sits further in the back”.
Whaat I’m thinking is that any of the above that happened to him were not for his opinions but for his unbelievably vile method of expressing them.
The highly paid guy took time off from work to go to Chick-fli-a to yell at someone he didn’t know and then filmed it.
This is not only un-professional, it speaks of a someone you really don’t need as an employee.
Has anyone checked to see if he has donated to Obungho ?
I read he was fired by Vante but has not been fired by the university???? So what’s he fussing about?
Did you notice that in his first video, that he was with another male in the car and they both talked with a lisp, and acted liked they were on the same page and more than work buddies? How like a lot of homosexuals, talked over and fast so that others could not reply?
Yea, he is a straight male.... So he said.
and hell yes again
Have you been to Glenn Beck’s site? It is AWESOME

What a miserable excuse for a human being. He acts the ass, videos himself doing so, and then tries to appear the victim! Only a liberal with less than three brain cells firing could come up with that scenario. He richly deserves the scorn of civilized society, and it should follow him as a stench wherever he goes.
Most of the places where I've worked have had a "Conduct Unbecoming" clause in their employee agreements.
The few times I've seen it used were for employees who couldn't keep their pants zipped, usually with regard to other employees.
However, to me at least, this is a textbook definition of the clause. Glad that the guy got what was coming to him....were I his manager I'd have done the same.
It was outright verbal abuse, verbal assault. It has nothing to do with free speech.
I read he left the university back in May?
