His name was Bruno Bozzetto. I got his last name wrong.

"Allegro non troppo", from 1976, had a number of classical pieces set to animation. One of the trippiest is "Bolero".

Maurice Ravel wrote this short ballet to illustrate a seduction, and it scandalized audiences in the Thirties. Blake Edwards got it right in the movie "10" from 1979. When Dudley Moore asks Bo Derek what she likes to do to "Bolero", her answer is one word beginning with the letter "F".

Bozzetto visualizes it as new life emerging from a Coke bottle and going through all the stages of evolution. It's quite funny.
