No appropriation for this; therefore it does not get done. However, if they misappropriate funds from other DOE wasteful functions, they can have their little party. Will the meetings be held in Vegas, Hawaii, out of the country? GSA can give them some pointers. The end result (as others have said here) is pander, pander, pander...

if this was not just a way to get elected and scam loot, I'd live with it, seriously. Of all the damaging crap the left craps out, I wo uld like something that would turn the direction that many of our Black brothers and sisters are going. I would gladly donate my money to support an effort that truly would help a group of Americans that have been American longer than most.
You might want to have a look at the success rate of Obama's "initiatives" before you wish for that. The average IQ of black Americans probably dropped 10 points on the announcement.

That died when it became legal (in some cases required) to hire, promote, or grant college admission to a less-qualified black, Hispanic or woman instead of a “white male”.
Over the years I’ve become absolutely indifferent to those groups; any tragedies they suffer are merely opportunities for some white guys somewhere to get a job/promotion/university seat. Don’t pretend they are anything but absolute enemies of the worst kind to me.
This is what economic warfare looks like; Obama is merely cementing it further into place.
This is not a COLORBLIND government. It’s a racist government. Whites need not apply.
