I would think someone could sue based on this being a violation of the Civil Rights Act.
It would be comical if it wasn’t so sad. How many years has the government been trying to change outcomes for minority students? You can’t make parents and students responsible by an executive order. More pandering from the panderer-in-chief.
So where is the part about encouraging black families to stay together and provide a safe environment that is supportive of their educational efforts. There are things that the government simply cannot do.
Oh and that order is nothing but racist drivel meant to strengthen a weakening of his black base.
