Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio, a rising star in the party and a potential vice-presidential pick for Mitt Romney, said this morning that he disagreed with Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann’s baseless call to investigate Muslim Brotherhood infiltration in the U.S. government.

Rubio has just crossed himself off my list. He clearly, by his recent actions, has shown that he’s nothing more than a GOPe want-a-be. He lacks a moral center.
Rubio ORIGINALLY was a Conservative, but has been bought and paid for by the Establishment Elite, if he is intending to move on up the “ladder”.
While Rubio was Speaker of the Florida House, he repeatedly tabled and killed bills that would have limited illegal aliens from getting benefits, and, given Florida laws like border states Georgia and Alabama have. Those bills would have passed FL House and Senate...but he killed them.

I am getting quite disappointed w the various Tea Party. We seem to end up getting GOPers who are just as liberal as the GOPers they were to replace. Marco Rubio is no different than Mel Martinez....and Amnesty Mel probably is laughing now because Amnesty Rubio is just as big a problem

How is Rubio "non-white"? He is of Spanish descent. Last time I checked they were Caucasians. This "Latino" construct is essentially phony for tens of millions of them.

Sadly, you are correct. I so wanted Rubio to be true. However, he has shown, with this and other moves, that his priority is to join the “ruling class.” Only in America! At least we still have Allen West.
