An Arapahoe County Court judge has granted a request to seal the case against James Holmes, the 24-year-old shooter who killed 12 and wounded 50 during a screening last night of "The Dark Knight Rises."
The motion, filed in Arapahoe County court, asks for the records in the case to be sealed, including search warrants, affidavits, orders and the "case file."
... disclosure of the court records would be "contrary to public interest" and "could jeopardize the ongoing investigation."

My concern is, I'm the Nation as a whole is going MAD.

Or it might have been the word “perhaps” - but it was something vague - not a clear “I rigged my apartment with bombs”.

Exposes the fact that there is more to the story than what’s being spoon fed to the public through the media. The evidence counters the “lone wolf” or “tea party member” lies pushed by the DNC propaganda mills so the facts must be sealed.
It is proof that there is a wider conspiracy (involving most likely Obummer supporters), more than the shooter involved in planning (OWS clowns) and the cell phone call was from someone giving a “go” order. Just like the Arizona shooting, the LIEberals have blood on their hands again and everyone with half a brain knows it.
DUmocrats will have no problem exploiting tradegy to their benefit...Never let a crisis go to waste? They will now go into FULL ATTACK mode to ensure Obummer’s record of failure and daily campaign gaffs stay out of the news cycle. It was hurting his poll numbers far too much.

I didn’t think of that. Maybe they’re sealing them because they suspect there are more perpetrators involved and they don’t want them to find out what the police know. I’ve heard that police will sometimes release disinformation to throw off the suspects too.
Next we'll hear that Holmes was killled or hung himself in jail. But for the sake of the ongoing investigation, nobody will be allowed to see the body, not even the coroner.
