An Arapahoe County Court judge has granted a request to seal the case against James Holmes, the 24-year-old shooter who killed 12 and wounded 50 during a screening last night of "The Dark Knight Rises."
The motion, filed in Arapahoe County court, asks for the records in the case to be sealed, including search warrants, affidavits, orders and the "case file."
... disclosure of the court records would be "contrary to public interest" and "could jeopardize the ongoing investigation."

Ah yes! But the Zimmerman/Martin case must be debated and tried in the media.
I’m not saying... But I wouldn’t be at all surprised that this guy was primed and aimed by a third party just for the reactions they are getting.

I doubt it would be “contrary to public interest” for the public to know more details about this crime. Such as, who else is involved, where did the killer get tear gas, and who financed everything?
Anyone know if this was done in the McVeigh case?

I noticed a Holmes among them, but since the murderer is from San Diego, he probably isn't related to the Judge.
It sure sounds like they are trying to hide something though.
Well, no I’m not.
You were too late.
This points to.............. a staged operation.
Especially the families of the victims.
It would certainly be contrary to public interest for the other suspects to have any clue about the investigation.
We tried to unearth as much as we could before it got shut down.
We have the important early info, and names to go on. We have a fairly decent expectation it won’t be repeated.
What all goes into a judge ‘sealing’ a case I don’t know.
Is there a difference between FL law and CO law? We seem to know almost everything that can be dug up on GZ.
Zimmerman may have been well within his rights to do what he did, but we know this guy wasn’t.
After awhile a person becomes pretty good at connecting the dots in a news story and with their personal knowledge. So yeah, it certainly points in that direction for me. In any case it certainly has a whiff of conspiracy.
