Napalitano: Obama suing every Republican governor to hinder Repub election chances
Neal Cavuto on Fox

On Cavuto now. Judge Napalitano explaining Obama's latest assault. He has ordered Holder to sue every Republican governor, claiming that their states' early voting rules are unconstitutional in that they "confuse minority voters." The judge claims this is a bald-faced move to drain Repub states' funds to defend against this frivolous tyranny. Also expected to make it more difficult for Red states to determine the winner of the presidential election as the count may also be held-up in court by Holder.

I don't know how anyone here cannot agree that our top priority should be to deny this thug another term.

Let’s hope this forces those states to take Ozippy off their ballots because he’s ineligible.

I was wondering that too. I haven’t heard that other states have been sued.

What about the Equal Protection Clause, since there are no states with Democrat governors being sued?

Check out the thread about Christie giving the keynote address at the convention.
You'll find several naysayers there.

Why is it only Republican Governors’ states?
I would imagine Dem gov states have more illiterate minority voters.

In November 2008, I thought the worst. But, then, came to my senses, so I thought, and figured it couldn’t be that bad. After all, we got thru Carter and Clinton. Then, in the months that ensued, it was about 3-4 outrages per week. The pace has picked up, and now it’s every day... and BIG ones too. There has been no letup on leftist KRAP, only a crescendo to more. Seems to me at this point, the guy is going for the entire enchilada, so-to-speak. Do they figure they’ve past a tipping point, where the “transformation” is unstoppable? Do they think, if not, that they are close enough that a final putsch to the edge will do it?
